  1. you can create a new account under your email address... and it won't affect your case.

    Thank you for your response.

If possible I want to use the same account and will just change the email address to mine. I don't know I have no idea if it's okay. ? If not I will just leave it that way under her email address, I've read some posts that most of the beneficiaries here put their email address so they're the one who receives their case updates if it is okay then I'll just leave it that way, under my fiancee's email address and my mobile number.

  2. I think my fiancee made everyone confused that's why we got no response in our previous post.

    This is our question:

We signed up at USCIS website so that we can receive email/text message regarding our case status. I put the email address of my fiancee so she's the one who can receive the updates about our case but the mobile number is mine (Petitioner). We want to change the email address to my email address (Petitioner), Would that be ok to change the email address so I can receive email updates of our case? Will it not affect our case? Our papers and everything that has something to do with our papers or me as the petitioner?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Ray

  3. copy of us citizen's birth cert front and back check the guides here for you to know all the required documents to be submitted, all pages of passport with entry and exit stamps from which the petitioner met the beneficiary, you have met within the past two years prior to filing the petition, passport sized picture (petitioner and beneficiary) and a lot more just check the guides smile.png

Vj members for sure will help you too :)

Hello, for i129f yes you need to submit your birth cert. but you don't need to submit any supporting evidence for the g-325a just fill it out and it'll be ok. :)

  5. It's a step in the process. It seems that in the past they used to assign a A# towards the end but now it appears they are assigning it upfront. Or at least they are notifying everyone within the first few weeks that an A# has been assigned.

According to the immigration officer I spoke with (and other research I did) the A# is what will eventually become your fiances i.d. number for the green card and what not.

My fiance was given an A# on May 16th and we're still waiting for NOA2.

This is what i am confused about, some hasn't received A# right after receiving noa1, I received this message that my A# has changed a week after Ray has filed for petition, but where is my A#? lol.. . But some received A# at least a week before they got approve. Well we are hoping for approval so soon I miss my baby. Good luck to everyone who are waiting for approval God bless our Journey :)

  6. I actually received the packet back before I got my NOA1. I orignally sent my I-129F packet around May 20th, and got it back around May 30th. I had to correct an error on my address as I am living abroad with my fiance. I fixed and resent, they received it again on the 17th of June and I got me e-notification on June 20th of my NOA1...Still haven't recieved my hard copy but expect a small delay as I am in Ireland.

Thanks for the reply, Ray was a little bit worried, we might get a RFE because my passport sized picture is small than his, so we don't know yet but he received NOA1 hard copy so the rfe may come later ..LOL.. hopefully no rfe. :)

I had my whole package sent back to me because of one error, so this is definitely a step in the right direction which is a positive! Looking forward to seeing everyone's progress as well.
