It depends on which state you guys are planning to reside in. in Ca she needs a refresher course.

  3. It is possible.. I think the petitioner will be the one to receive the RFE notice and will be the one to respond to the requested missing document from either the petitioner or from the beneficiary. In our case, we received an RFE requesting for a copy of the beneficiary's birth cert.

Hope this helps.. and good luck smile.png

in what stage did you get an RFE requesting for a copy of the beneficiary's birth cert?

  4. i know that, i had the yellow one when i applied for my current job. last october i got the one with 'immigration requirement' as a purpose but then i read in the US embassy website that they want the one with travel abroad purposes. i called them asking about it but the CSR told me they dont know, so i tried to email them. what im saying is that the US embassy emailed me back that i should get a new NBI clearance with travel abroad purposes. i really dont know if thats ok, im just basing it on what they told me.

oh well, you can always give it a try. biggrin.gif

you are taking a risk. get another NBI clearance to be sure. Green one.

  7. Hey guys does anyone know what size of paper do we need to print out for the forms? Is it a short size bond Paper? Filipinas who knows this size thank you everyone I am preparing the I129F packet and my fiancee int he Philippines just sent me her G325a

  8. Put her current address 1st, from xx/xx/xx to Present then following address(es). Don't need to be exact dates but try to get as close to it

    Good luck on your journey!

the following addresses? the question on the form g325a is ''the applicant's last address outside the United States of more than 1 year''

i think you are referring to the question ''applicant's residence last five year, list present address first" instead of ''the applicant's last address outside the United States of more than 1 year''

    thank you
