I quickly found this, not sure if this will help you but do an "Advance Search" for "divorce" in this forum, there are plenty in your case. Good luck!

Based on what I understand regarding divorce proceedings from seeing what others had reported on here, if you know you are going into a divorce then you should file a waiver as soon as possible and not at the 90-day mark. This will need to be confirmed by someone who had already went through this. One lady from earlier last year actually did that and was going through a divorce when she filed for ROC. After submitting her ROC application, she received an RFE requesting proof to show that the divorce was final (decree?). So maybe that's you can do it.
Search this forum a bit, you may have to go as far back as early 2013 or late 2012 in this forum to find something regarding divorce cases. I think there is even a thread for waivers on here somewhere.
    Good luck!

    Hello!
Also include employment information - get a copy of the address currently on file in your HR department to show that you are both residing in the same address.
Any document to show you are the primary emergency contact for each other?
Any beneficiary information for benefits offered by your company?
Copies of W-2 showing the same address will help too.
Those are a just a few to keep you thinking if you want to throw more evidence in.
    Good luck

Before I go ahead and answer this question I just want to remind everyone reading this thread that there are plenty of the same questions asked with the same responses provided. I am sure with a quick search you should find the answers to your questions. I've found answers within the first 5 pages of this forum.
With that said, to the OP, have you tried calling USCIS? If you take a look at your RFE letter at the very bottom of the first page there should be instructions on contacting the USCIS after a certain amount of time. If you haven't called USCIS yet I would suggest doing it now as you are well outside the processing time. Also make sure you speak with a Tier 2 as they are officers and usually more knowledgeable. If you aren't getting anything from one Tier 2 officer then call again and get someone else.
As for your 1-year extension expiring, you can always make an Infopass appoinment to get it extended.
    Good luck.

Someone else here was in a similar situation as you, unfortunately I can't remember the username. This person actually was told the application was approved and have to wait for their papers to be sent to the VSC to be processed. This person called twice and during the second attempt was told the papers only just got to VSC. I think this was almost a month since the interview. I can't remember if they were told they will get the letter in the mail.
I think calling them next week would be good and make sure to speak with a Tier 2.
The case updates in my instance didn't update until I got the notice that the card was in production.
    Good luck!

That is not entirely true as some had submitted just the bank letter and got approval.
However, I personally wouldn't take the chance. I would do both - the bank letter and the statements. The bank can usually tell you exactly when you became joint account holders and whether they think you are in good standing and the bank statements just shows you are actively using the account.
One rule of thumb I have come to learn when collecting evidences for ROC - get as many evidences as you can, even if they seem redundant.
Get as many statements as you can. I had used the quarterly statements method when I submitted initially. However I got an RFE. So with my RFE response I submitted pretty much every single month - not including those I submitted already. Whether or not that helped contributed to my eventual approval, I will never know. I thought I had submitted sufficient evidence the first time around but obviously it wasn't.
It's your choice to decide what you want to submit but you also run the risk of potentially getting an RFE. And that won't be up to you but up to the adjudicator.
    Good luck!

    Hi!
The "online" form is really not online. It's a format of PDF that allows you to enter data electronically as opposed to filling it out by hand. The "online" term is quite misleading in this sense - some may mistaken you can submit your application online, which isn't true. You still need to print it out and save it to your own system (computer) - you can't save it anywhere "online". You need to submit the form in hard copy along with hard copies of your evidences.
Also, please keep in mind that PDF files that you Googled may not be the latest version. USCIS updates their forms every now and then and they require you to use the latest revision. If you submit to an older revision, they will immediately return your application and require you to resubmit. So make sure you download your form directly from the USCIS website.
    Hope this answers your question.
    Good luck

Good luck and don't worry about it If you haven't sent in anything yet then there really isn't anything important to worry about.
I never received a letter at all for the reminder - I mean according to letter I got when I got my conditional GC USCIS claim there won't be any reminder letters sent so I'm even surprised some have gotten it.
Have fun! Don't let this USCIS consume (I know because it did for me).

victorian221b got a reaction from yuyu in Notarization
I find the responses to this post interesting. After getting an RFE myself, I don't think there is such thing as "not important" or "not strong evidences". To those that didn't submit such things as notarized affidavits and photos and got approved, good for you. To those that didn't submit such things and got an RFE, well do you really know why? Probably not. Funny someone should say the affidavits don't hold weight because there was another petitioner who thought maybe the affidavit they submitted for the RFE was what got them approved. You just never know...
I would suggest (and I have seen several support this idea) to submit anything and everything you can that are suggested evidences on the I-750 instruction sheet. And don't allow inconveniences to stop you. If you can get them but it takes some effort to get the documents, then do it.
Go get the affidavits notarized, whether it helps or not. Banks can do that for you.
