Yes thank you, I have called and found he point of entry with a vet. I know I cannot travel on a weekend for this reason. Haha

As mentioned I already have the health documents and vaccines and cockatiels do not require any special documention. Most birds do, though if you have a cites pet passport you will have to follow different rules based on he classification of species. There are no quarantine periods that I have ever seen, as of now. I know all my animals will be allows entry but I know it will be more of a production so jut looking for feedback regarding the little ins and outs of crossing with them on a visa that can sometimes be problematic by itself.

I wonder what they are looking for by doing that.

And they ha an roe AND they filed after a number of us. Wondering if I should have left something out just to get some action happening. Lol

I wish there was a way to see if something was expedited because I just saw the same thing, and filed almost a week prior to them.

So, in addition to the basic move, at the border we will have with us, 2 dogs, two cats and a cockatiel.
I have all the required documentation(and vacciens) for all the animals, I'm just wondering if anyone else brought their pets along and how they went about caring for them if they were spoken to inside the building at the border or if they had to stay in the car, if someone is allowed to stay with them with the A/C or heat on etc....
I know some people get waved through, but others don't. Anyone have any experience with bringing a pet with them?

I filed March 8th, they received the 12th and latest update was March 18th. I'm having more hope now that the CSC is picking up speed! A number of Jan filers got their NOA2s today! I mean, if it keeps on pace, we could get ours like.... in a little under a month! One can only hope. lol

Cool thanks! Good to know!

Not "hiding" anything. Just that my fiance has a job in which sometimes he is higher profile and talks about controversial things(nothing bad dont worry!).

This might sound strange but do they google you at all for background information?
Lets say the U.S. resident has an IMDB page or a Wikipedia page. Does anyone know if they bother with these things?
I did search for a topic like this but could not find one....

Do they google you?

ccyahaira,
I understand that having a language barrier can be extra frustrating, but you will not get far with immigration with that kind of attitude. People tried to help you and your are being quite rude to them. Please consider your choice of words, in any language. You get more bees with honey than with vinegar.
Liberty, I hate to say it, but freedom of speach really only applies to americans not those that are trying to become americans. Thats why everyone is so careful about the questions/answers at the interview and at the POE.
