  1. ccyahaira,

I understand that having a language barrier can be extra frustrating, but you will not get far with immigration with that kind of attitude. People tried to help you and your are being quite rude to them. Please consider your choice of words, in any language. You get more bees with honey than with vinegar.

Liberty, I hate to say it, but freedom of speach really only applies to americans not those that are trying to become americans. Thats why everyone is so careful about the questions/answers at the interview and at the POE.

  2. As mentioned I already have the health documents and vaccines and cockatiels do not require any special documention. Most birds do, though if you have a cites pet passport you will have to follow different rules based on he classification of species. There are no quarantine periods that I have ever seen, as of now. I know all my animals will be allows entry but I know it will be more of a production so jut looking for feedback regarding the little ins and outs of crossing with them on a visa that can sometimes be problematic by itself.

  3. So, in addition to the basic move, at the border we will have with us, 2 dogs, two cats and a cockatiel.

I have all the required documentation(and vacciens) for all the animals, I'm just wondering if anyone else brought their pets along and how they went about caring for them if they were spoken to inside the building at the border or if they had to stay in the car, if someone is allowed to stay with them with the A/C or heat on etc....

I know some people get waved through, but others don't. Anyone have any experience with bringing a pet with them?
