I agree that you should have just drop the issues about the internet or just simply call the company instead of saying you will see a surprise. I wouldnt know what that means either. As it has been said before, cut off all communication, move on, and get a lawyer. With the joint bank accounts, they should have record of that you was on the account for those months. Why cant you get a copy of those months. In the future make sure you protect yourself. Always have access to anything jointly. If she is suspicious of your father's wife, maybe she seen something when she visited. If your stepmother calling was causing conflict, regardless if you are the oldest or not, you should have explain to your stepmother and tell her to speak with your brother and then you could communicate with him. These are things to do just to keep confusion down. Hope things work our for you

I dont care what was said, if you answered all the questions on your application to get a visa, then once you reach US soil you should not have to give your life history. Everybody that comes and stays a long time or everybody that applies for a visitor visa dont always do wrong. There are some honest people in the world. They need to come up with a better system other than going on what may look suspicious...........if she got approved for a visa, then let her thru

The foreigner would have to show 5x in assets and would have to be in the bank for a period of time and show proof of the assets.
It's better if the USC has the assets then it would only be 3x the amount I believe.
But using 100% assets is a hard thing to be approved from what I read on here. Maybe someone else would be able to advise you better.

WONDERFUL............It warms my heart when all of us who share this similiar circumstance gets approved. I too, only visited my husband once and for only 7days. He went to the interview prepared with emails, fb friendship pages, fb chats with family and friends, statements, and copies of info that they already had, asked a few questions, interviewer look at the statements and fb chats and he was approved, hubby will be home in two weeks, dont give up my VJ family, it can work, KEEP THE FAITH!!!!!
