By the Grace of Allah, We are out of this nightmare! We got the passport with visa this Saturday.
I am posting this message for all of you who get really caught with updates and not having updates.
Interview: August, 2013
6 updates after the interview.
No updates till March 20th.. 3 or 4 updates than it stopped.
No updates till August, 2014..
End of August it update to expiring soon. (medical and Ds 260 expired)
Email embassy.. Changed to Ap again..
No update till September 19th.
September 19th: Call for Medical and Ds 260
September 20th: Submitted DS 260 by email.
Oct 2: Call for finger print and oath
Oct 22: Finger Print (12:30pm appointment but didn't get out from embassy till 4pm)
October 23: Issued!!
October 24: Passport in Hand!! ALLHUMDULLILAH!!
So my brother and sisters.. Continue to do DUA for yourself and others.. Don't get caught up with Updates.. It happens when Allah desires..
It was long 14 months of AP!! 20 months since we submitted I 130!!!

Hey,
I did that in April as i Moved.. Just type in word document stating that you would like to change your address. Write your old address than new address.. Print it.. Sign it at the bottom.. Attached it as pdf and send them via email.

If you are referring to CEAC website not changing to issued, I have not seen that happened to anyone.

Keep calling Nvc.. Once both package are accepted your case is complete.

No one can tell how long it will take.. Just do dua and inshallah we will all get out of this black whole soon!! Praying for you.. On positive note, I have seen few march approvals recently..

I am not irritated. sorry if you misunderstood me. My apologizes.. I feel bad because of AP and you have no control over the situation. I wish i could be more helpful to you.

Do it the right way with her orignal signature please! DO not try other routes.. GEt it expressed mailed to you and you will get the package in less than 5 days.. Its completly worth the wait. You are from MENA countries which have higher chance of AP! I highly recommend taking every piece of document seriously and taking your time submitting it. Don't rush! If you rush, it will end up RFE or more problems!! Good Luck!

i am not fan of calling NVC like others.. Just wondering when i should start calling to find out if my AOS was accepted.. It was recieved by them yesterday.

You should never lie! If you are living in pakistan, your husband must tell them honest answer! If you are in US currently, you should state that information.
You are not able to attend interview because you are pregnant? Or any other reasons? Why are you planning to lie about being in US when you are not?
Do you have joint sponsor for your affidavit?
