Jo Behan, Bahaioun ka visa AP may hay oun ko omeed ka daaman nahi chor na chaiey. Aaj Friday ko may rey wife ka be oath aur finger prints hoiey. She was congratualed by the CO/VO and was told. She will receive passoport with visa stamped in a week or so. I just checked the Ceac site and it states ISSUED.

Our case remained 15 months in AP. G bas yeh smjh laien hum 15 months AP may Jal Jal Jal kay KUNDAN ba nay haien.

May rey aap sy gouzarish hay OMEED ka daaman na chorine. Rab ko yad kerien aur Dua maangie aur sourah Mouzammil perhaien.

May Sam&Waq, Analyst Sahib aur VJ friends jin ka nam yaad nahi, kay mofeed mashveroun ka bay hd mashkoor'o mamnoon houn. Aur DAWAG'O houn. Jo Bahie, Behan AP may haien. 5 months inn Ap case send back to uscis for review and send back to embassy last update on 12 march as i send email. I was on vacation with my husband and he will leaving for US tomorrow . We spend very good quality time together . He came last year and now more then one and half year he again come to visit me . Still waiting for embassy .Allah knows how long this will be over. Ever month we think that this will be the month may be they will contact . We already submit our relationship proof to USCIS . Only waiting for Allah permission to say go now. Remember us also in your prayers. Congrtz to all who got there visa.

Yeah I got this email before many times but my case is still Ap and even thought i send new fresh doucments to embassy and they put me back to AP ..... I don't know whats going on why its take so long Dear Allah help us please everyone

We got the same exact response yesterday with the note of 6 months!

Completed 9 months and 6 days in Ap!!

Y don't you resent the DS 260 confirmation?

today embassy reply mymail about ds260.where forms goes or they will access after few days?what should i do?guide me plz.

We have not received the online submitted form DS-260 so far. Please check back with our office after a couple of days.

Wud u all guide us what to do bcoz they did not reply us whereas we wrote them back same time in morning.,,

and can we send through normal courier TCS or must be the ARAMEX only ?

i had 3 medical it will be my 4th medical.but yaar why they do nt ask police report it expired also.they keep my passport from 2 year.24 march they were going to issue me a visa but they told me they need some more work. do you think when they call for finger prints and oath it mean case done or yes or no

police report is not required anymore for Islamabad embassy.

Every one in AP is frustrated and upset with such unbeleivable activities being carried out by US Embassy these days...I think such investigation is not done

even for criminals which is being done for respectable innocent citizens.

Ye Bro...Same happened with my wife's yahoo account but they did not disable it permanently...after 24 hours her's started working again.

Problem is they work so slow...she had made every thing ready in US and decorated the home with plenty of stuff but when nothing happened to our case even they returned me to wait in AP after second interview then she immediately came to Pakistan and she is here for about 8 months and we are in AP for last 10 months. We informed the Embassy same time when she arrived here but shockingly they don't know that she is here.

The proofs we provided to US Embassy are much more than any one provides to any other country's embassy but still AP is out of understanding.

I wonder what about our privacy? Is it legal for them to check emails and search the house without warrant??

Visa bulletin retrogessed to may 2012 so ppl now everybody gotta wait until their priority date becomes current to get the visa

well my case have been mistake thats why i am in ap for longer and sorry i didnt got your message or email or sure i will contect you or talkl to you on skype that what is status of your case but this is true once if you are AP Them no one cant do anything for that i was asking whoever coming interview or case in NVC OR USIC Thats what i can help this people to protect from This nightmare AP Process hope this is gonna help you

hey guys we submitted our form DS 261 just a day back .. when we try to go throught to pay the fe 88$ it wont let us login n says ur case is in process of termination .. could anybody help us about that error please ?

Hi Everyone!

I just joined this forum so I could thank all of you for the support I have received from this site. Just reading everyday about everyone's various experiences and good news really kept me going. Today my husband's visa was finally Issued. When I checked the CEAC website and saw the Issued status I assumed I entered the wrong case number. After checking and rechecking the status I couldn't believe our visa had finally been issued!

A little background about our journey; I filed in September 2011, my husband had his interview in June 2012 and was given a green slip. He was told the case would be in AP as a formality for 3-4 months, however the AP went on much longer than they said. During that time I sent several emails, contacted the congresswoman's office, contacted an attorney, pretty much did everything to no avail. We went through several periods when the case would update quite frequently and we would get our hopes up, but nothing ever came out of it.

Unfortunately I never kept track of the status updates, but there were a lot of updates in May 2013 and we thought the visa would be issued. Then again around November 2013 we were receiving daily updates, but once again no visa. Sometime in between when I emailed the embassy I was informed that the medical on file was expired and we were requested to submit fresh docs. This was around August 2013.

Recently in 2014 our updates had dwindled down to nothing, and the embassy no longer replied to my emails. Not even their generic AP email replies. I finally gave up and stopped reaching out to them. We had an update on our case on March 13, which a lot of people had so it didn't seem to mean much. Then we got an update on its own on April 12, 13, 17, 18, and then today 21 Issued. I wanted to share this info to give hope to the others out there who are waiting patiently because I remember reading about issued visas always got my spirits up. Stay strong and keep your chin up it will come through! Praying for all of you in AP and hope everyone gets their visa issued soon Inshallah.

p.s. I'm sorry I was not as meticulous about documenting our update dates as the rest of you have been.

Yeah, I researched the topic as well and read the same @ show the marriage certificate to the counselor officer at POE. I will write a brief note and give it to my husband. Other option is to file the I-90 to have the USCIS correct the mistake. That's our backup I guess. I spoke to some retard at NVC earlier who told me that the visa is issued for the category it's applied for but USCIS might tell me differently. I asked him what he meant and he just said that it can't be changed. Sighs.

Yeah, I was thinking about that too. I'm not sure what date they consider but even with the I-130 petition, my NOA-1 date is March 06, 2012. That also makes it more than two years. Given the choice between dealing with embassy or the Immigration Department in USA, I will take my chances with the department here. Embassy will have to yank the passport out of my (or my husbands) hands if they want to take touch it again. Hell no I'm going back to that route again. I will call NVC later and if that doesn't work out, I just suck it up and count my blessings.

I AGREE!! I would do the same thing who wants to go through all that again.

Not sure if this is true but i have read on VJ that at POE you can show your marriage certificate and have them correct to CR1..

It will be worth a try for you both..

if the co put a case in AP should the person ask the co y is he putting his/her case in AP and how long it would take? etc

No harm in asking but you will get the standard response. 3 to 4 months..

They no longer request pakistan police certificate.. Don't worry about getting one.. If you decide to get one.. Police report is valid for a year
