    Asalam waliqum . Meri sister ny meray parents ky liye immigration apply ke the 3-July ko interview tha mother ko approve kardia tha( ik haftay mai passport dyny ko kaha tha ) magar father ko 221 g form dia tha . Ab 1 month sy uper hogaya hai ammi ka passport nhi aya . Father ka case ceac mai takreban har haftay update hota hai . Kia hamay consulate sy rabta karna chaiye ammi ky passport ky liye ??? Thanks

    i would like to ask u guys a question plz be honest and help me and other friends..

    i will have my interview next month inshallah,whenever i see u people in AP since long time so i get dishurted.. feel sorry for u people, believe me i will die if they put me in AP cz i m already sick of this cr1 case, its almost 16 months bt until now no interview date appointed..

    plz i want u people to post ur weak point in interview so that v could avoid these errors.

    my wife was my neighbor since 2007 till 2009 then in 2009 they got to US, coz there parent were living there. and in 2011 we got engaged. and mine is arrange marrage. we got married in 2013..

    so if u people can help.. how they r putting us in AP? what maybe the reason? i m not scarred from interview cz its a genuine case( no offense plz) i m not saying that urs r not genuine.. i m wondering y they put everyone in AP.. i have seen my cozon before 2 montgs, he got approved on spot so he is telling me that i m 100% sure u will get approved on time.. so plz i will apreciate ur suggestions

    Everyone's cases are genuine as stated earlier.. All of us going through AP are already having hard time.. I wish you good luck..

    You are not interviewed.. Yet you are dying with the thought of AP and we are dying since we have been interviewed.. Just imagine the pain..

    May Allah make ur journey easier than ours.. Only thing i would recommend you is do dua to Allah instead of trying to figure out why others are in AP..

    Case updated on 9th July and then again on 15th July in the afternoon. Status changed to Issued on 16th July morning.

    Waiting to receive passport from Amex.

    Hope you all complete this lengthy process soon.

    Congrats!!! so you were not called for finger print and oath? You did not had to submit medical or ds 260 either?

    If i remember it correctly, you were interviewed in July last year?

    They called me on 30th may for photographs,passport ,get my new medical done and submit DS260.and they said do not mail those docs,just get them ready and do let them know when ready,i did on 4th june ,filled DS260,and sent then tracking number of DS260,after that they contact me on 7th july to come with docs..

    ap took 4 months,,,

    Thanks.. this is strange.. i thought medical was valid for 6 months.. They asked you for another medical after 4 months and new DS 260..

    I guess anyone that goes for AP needs to spend on another Fare to Islamabad and pay the expenses..

    Dear All,Last monday 7th july i got call from embassy to come for fingerprints and oath on wednesday i mean yesterday 9th july,i went there at their given time,only four people were there including me for fingerprints and oath,i took my fresh medical,two photographs and passport as they asked me to bring with me ,officer took my medical ,photographs and passport,later they called me for oath ,officer gave me a oath statement to read,then he took my right hand four fingers prints,after that he said aap koo mubarik hoo your visa hasbeen approved,and you will recieve it with in next 7 to 10 working days.... just want to say all of you God is great...keep praying,.dont giveup..very soon all vj friends will be out from this and will get visas...Inshaallah..Ameen..God bless you all..my prayers and best wishes are with each one of you...

    once the baby is born, you go directly to the embassy and get his/her US passport (this is only if the parent in the U.S is a Citizen)

    Hm not sure.. Baby would have to come under mother's visa.. This is what happened with my nephew's case. It is a simple process and not complicated as I 130. I would tell your friends to relax and enjoy the pregnancy. Inshallah baby's visa will be easier..

    when he fell form in 2009 for me like he was my jointed sposner so that time my wife house was not paid off now my wife house is paid off and she said she will put the house on my name and her name aslo so u think thats will help us too in my visa case aslo i will get i864 from my wife and tex retured but i dont want to embassy thinks i buy this house for her buz she paid off for that house and the house is more them 35.000 thounds now so its will help me in my visa please ?

    I would avoid doing any changes to the house now.. If you can not get in touch with your 2009 sponsor, you should focus on trying to find another sponsor.

    Today Early Morning i was sent e mail to Embassy. after 3 hours i received below mentioned reply: i don't think so embassy did'nt reply

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Our record indicates that the visa application for the subject immigrant visa case is still pending under administrative processing. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to predict how long this processing may take. The wait could possibly be quite lengthy. However, please rest assured that as soon as this processing is finished, we will contact the applicant using the contact information he/she has provided on his/her application. Thank you for your kind understanding.

    If the applicant has not heard from our office after six months, please contact our office again using the web based email form available on the website of the American Embassy.

    Faisal may have asked this question. My wife doesn't interact with people to this extent and ask questions. Which she should. When she went for medical there she met a girl. Who also came for medical 2nd time. This girl told my wife, her case was put in AP because in first interview CO asked her. Does she know her husband was married in USA? She said her reply was "NO" he was not married before in US. CO told her BIBI go home and investigate about his first marriage and put the case in AP. Her interview was in April 2014.

    I said to my wife, she should have asked her phone number and after interview, call her and find out what goes on 2nd time, because knowledge is power. My wife she does feel comfortable to ask ??? and phone numbers. So I know she won't ask this kind of questions.

    I don't remember reading about your case update or call for oath.. Can you please share how often ur case was updated and when your wife received the call for oath

    My wife said there must be 80+ people for finger prints and oath. People she interacted with were came in for 2nd time for finger prints and oath. VO/CO didn't ask her any question other than in Urdu "aagir hum tum ko visa dy daien. Tum ko US ja nay may kit na time la gy ga". Before she could reply to his question, an other VO/CO sitting with this gentleman replied in Urdu " Yeh tou kal he chal lay jaiey gi". My wife then said "haan may kal he chali jaoun gi". Then they took oath, finger printed and congratulated to her and said in next week you will get call from AMX to pick your passport with visa stamped.

    I just checked web site and it states issued.

    Does she knows when they were interviewed for the first time?

    my case was also updated june 2nd but nothing after that.. seems like they mistakenly clicked on my case due to which the case got updated.. Well my believes are Every thing happens for a reason If Allah Want me to be apart from my wife then he knows that is better for us right now and when the time will be right she will get her visa, In Sha Allah. May Allah bless us all with what is beneficent for us Ameen

    Strongly agreed! My husband and I also have the same believes and we pray Allah unite us when it is best for us :D Ameen
