I am mid february. I got my NOa2 on May 8th! I am still waiting for NVC to assign case number.. Sorry to say but i am estimating 3 months due to delay with NVC's processing.

what should be the address? should it be address to national visa center or USCIS?

Thanks for clarification. Yeah 197 days (6 - 7 months) sounds about average waiting time for filers like us from within the US to a lockbox.

I know my thoughts exactly!!!, I talked to a tier 2 last week and he confirmed it was still at NBC. It went and for that we are very grateful! Thanks for the well wishes.

I just call uscis and talk to tier 2 customer service. I was told my case is still at national benefit center. Is this normal? It's been 45 days.. she said there is a possibility my case will be process by NBC instead of local office.. hmmm has anyone case transferred yet to local office?

My father in law and mother in law got green AP process today from Islamabad.. does any one know how long their process can take? I read it somewhere color of AP slip determines how long it will take? Is that true?
