Hi Vj freinds........Is there any one whos case not have updated for months and month and thn suddenly the visa hav been issud....

We had no updates since March. We got one update in September and got call for medical same day allhumdillilah

Just wanted to remind everyone that medical and pictures do not have to be mailed unless they ask you.. You only need to email ds260 barcode and tell them that medical and pictures are also completed.

Give them 2 to 3 weeks to call you. When they call they will schedule for your oath. You would need to take ur medical and pic with you.

how long have u been put in AP.... can you share some detail with me... your total case.. initail relaion before marriage etc etc how was it made

We were in Ap for 14 months. We only met one week before shadi and I was only able to stay for 14 days.. We applied in feb 2013.. His interview was in August 2013.. He just got visa this month allhumdullilah

finally will the grace of God, i got the date for fingerprint and auth by email today i.e 13th nov, my first interview was on 29 july 2013 and since then its in AP, i just want to know that what are the chances they give visa on this date? and if they issue visa, how many days it will take for me to get passport in hand?

Inshallah u will get the visa. 99% get the visa after oath. It take 3 days to get passport back.. Good luck

165- It has to be paid online not at Port of Entry.

Email it to them and tell them if medical is scheduled or not.. They will call your father in 10 to 15 days to schedule finger print and Oath.. Inshallah he will be approved within a month..

Thanks bro same happened with me yesterday my case showed expiring soon but today i emailed to embassy its again changed to ap but no reply.....your case also changed on same date or not on reply day changed to ap....

Yes.. Exactly what happened with us.. 25 it changed to expiring soon.. It update on 26 (no email).. update on 27 (got email respond standard Ap email)

Dear bro when your case showed expiring soon and you sent email to embassy so after that embassy replied to your email or no just changed to ap..

yes sent an email on 25. they responded on 27

i heard that point of entry is more tougher then getting visa. Is that true?

No they hardly ask any questions.. All they do is process paperwork..

thank u bro.. hope they can see everyone on a same eye.. i dnt know i saw a guy in embassy he was afghani too bt he was told that v r going to chek ur name or smthing. the embassy didnt keep his passport..

By the Grace of Allah, We are out of this nightmare! We got the passport with visa this Saturday.

I am posting this message for all of you who get really caught with updates and not having updates.

Interview: August, 2013

6 updates after the interview.

No updates till March 20th.. 3 or 4 updates than it stopped.

No updates till August, 2014..

End of August it update to expiring soon. (medical and Ds 260 expired)

Email embassy.. Changed to Ap again..

No update till September 19th.

September 19th: Call for Medical and Ds 260

September 20th: Submitted DS 260 by email.

Oct 2: Call for finger print and oath

Oct 22: Finger Print (12:30pm appointment but didn't get out from embassy till 4pm)

October 23: Issued!!

October 24: Passport in Hand!! ALLHUMDULLILAH!!

So my brother and sisters.. Continue to do DUA for yourself and others.. Don't get caught up with Updates.. It happens when Allah desires..

It was long 14 months of AP!! 20 months since we submitted I 130!!!

After you pay the fee, does it give any confirmation page?

On the ustraveldocs.com website, if the passport is sent via the courier, will it show on that website? Or what exactly does that website update for ? Does anyone know?

The status date changed again. This is the fourth time. It was issued on Oct 1st, then the date changed on the 15th 22nd and 24th. Hoping this means he'll get his passport soon. Just wondered if that website would say they had sent it via the courier or not.

Did you contact local courier? I will recommend calling Amex office tom

We tried calling again today but they said the same thing they won't discuss it over the phone. I don't know how you managed to get to talk to someone. I wish we had your luck.

I call them for other issue and not visa status. Maybe that's y they spoke to me. Inshallah your passport will be with you soon.

Guys i called right now to nvc and they said your case is in administrative review embassy working on case.......what you guys thing its diiferent from normal administrative process because i was always called they said you are still pending under administrative processing......plz share your experience.....i am so confuse
