Sorry this might sound rude but if he was with this other girl for 2 years and married her and then he is in a relationship with you for a few months...you need to look at the whole picture....dont you think when they first met they really connected they wanted to be together forever...this is what happens when you first fall in love...But the thing about love is you dont just discard it for the next hot thing on the block....Love is hard and time consuming....I know It will be a hassle legally if he divorces but if its meant to be anything is possible....Just keep in mind what he is doing to his wife put yourself in her shoes how would you feel if he was cheating on you because if he is cheating on her its just a matter of time and you will be the next wife in line for a divorce... just sayin

You are correct. There is no (good) way for you two to be together. Let his relationship with his wife play out, and don't get involved. Forget the legal issues. No matter what they are, they can be handled 99.5% of the time. If you were meant to be together, it will happen in time. But you can't begin a successful relationship by destroying one that came before it.

They may have slowed, but they were moving at an unprecedented pace. I think an average normally of 4 a day would be pretty good. Also it is still quite early today and there is plenty of time for people to still receive noa2 today.

I am in the US at the moment and my fiance and I just can't stop smiling. It has taken so long to get here (almost 9 months) but we are so, so happy.
So - July filers are starting to be looked at.
What do we do next? I'm kidding! We've spent most of the last three months working on what we do next!

Well I hope it's just one "slow" day for CSC this week.

this is what i have decided to do:
go to account settings
download a copy of your Facebook data
you will be able to retrieve all Facebook messages (that you have not deleted)
Facebook will email you when your data is ready (a few hours)
I am going to print the email from Facebook & print the chats.
It is not official looking but at this point i think its a better option (for me) than taking bazillions of screen shots

I feel like crying and low bec I've been inside done with finger scann at 7:18 and was not called yet and its 11am!!I thought of many things lots of what if my physical file is not there yet..but i did receive the US Embassy letter last friday.. so i say is there something wrong or what?At 11:15 my number flashed..window 51..a nice pinoy lad consul..she asked many questions like..where did u met your fiance...how many times did he visit?what's his job?since when did he get that job...and she say ok wait for your number to be called i thanked her and wished her a great day..which made her smile..i quickly ran to the restroom and went back on my seat..omg it feels like im gonna have a stiff neck lol..after 15 minutes..number flashed..a black American consul who speaks tagalog and english..I put my things and greeeted him good morning...and he asked me..english or tagalog..i replied..i dont mind i guess im good at both..so how bout u sir what do u prefer?he laughed and said whoa! start the questions..who is your petitioner?when did u see him for the first time,how many times did he visit? i say 3 times sir(he replied in his cute tagalog twang..tatlo beses?mahal ka niya talaga)asked for pics...he was impressed i have am mini album which i put from latest to oldest pic with caption,date,occasion and name of people in those pics). He browsed them stopped at the pic of my fiance and our baby girl..whose baby is this..i say ours sir..he say wow..yeah i said i got pregnant on his first visit during our 3rd week of being together...and he was like..wow congratulations!! I say thank u sir..she the most wonderful thing that happened to us!! then he handed me the pamhlet regarding domestic violence telling me of my rights etc..and he say everything looks good..you're visa is approved..i burst out.. OMG , no kidding sir?is that for real..he say yes wait for your name to be called for the delivery of your visa..i say thank u sir with tears in my eyes..have a great one!! hehehe..Im so happy that on my way home i did not mind i had an empty stomach..i rode the bus standing with all my heavy docs!! feels like im in cloud 9!! to god be the glory!!!

We got approved on Friday at 10pm (California time). We are so happy! Thanks everybody for your support and help. Hang in there yours is closer.

It's been over 20 a day recently for I-129F petitions, which is unusually/absurdly fast. VJ members only represent about 5-10% of all applicants per visa class, remember. Just a few weeks ago, we had 0 approvals per day for many many days (less approvals per month January-March than per day for the last week). At this rate, I've calculated that December should be roughly finished up in about 2.6 weeks, which means CSC will be operating within their 5 month timeframe again. If the current rate continues, of course.
Once the backlog is clear, CSC approvals will most likely drop again to a steady rate to keep in line with the 5 month goal.

I really urge anyone who has been stuck waiting like I was to contact their Congress person. 4 days after I sent my letter we got approved. It's just one little step more that the CSC or VSC need! If anyone needs help writing a letter I'd be happy to share mine!

I got a text at 1230am this morning telling me my I129F was approved. I'm updating my timeline.
