I filled online but did not upload a copy with my signature. It’s electronic signature on the form.

I think you can give them a call and ask them to fix it if possible. Give them your receipt number as reference.

You must submit all documents requested in this RFE. If you fail to submit all of the requested evidence, USCIS may deny your application for failure to submit requested evidence in accordance with 8 CFR 103.2(b)(13).

If you choose, you may submit other documents after responding to the RFE by selecting "Upload Additional Documents" above, but USCIS is not required to accept or review such documents when making a decision on your case

it shows my time frame of 6 months waiting and 2 months for bio app.

same as mine.  I could not verify too as I don't have DOS. I just sent out the app online. Hopefully, it's fine : )

Did anyone verify you identity on the uscis website? Or just skip it and sent over the n400 online?

It does suck, others have had medicals that are older and have not gotten an RFE. It's stupid.

We will have to wait until mid to end of June to have this medical done. One place I called said that he would have to have all the vaccines done over again because they have to be within 30 days! What?? Absurd!! A tetnus lasts for 10 years!

Our EAD took 7 weeks and two days to be approved. It is usually around 2 months give or take to get approval on that. They sure don't make this easy for some, do they?

Others just zoom on through, I don't get it.

I'm not sure how you could find out if they did receive it, maybe a Tier 2 or an Infopass, sorry that's all i can think of.

I have been away from the thread for long time as busy with looking for a new job and preparing my trip back my home country.

question: after you get notification that the card was sent, usually the next day you get the tracking # ?last week when they sent me the new EAD i didn't got a tracking update... but with the green card i definitely want to know when i will get it

I received the notification that card was mailed in the morning and got tracking number at night on the same day. I think sometime it might be late and somebody got tracking number on the date of delivery.

Congratulations on your Green Card in hand. The Welcom to America "Letter" is an I-797 with the Notice of Action: WELCOME TO AMERICA. If you haven't gotten it, I would call USCIS (ewww!!) and get them to send you another. That will probably require a SR for "Failure to Receive" (ewww!!!!). But you may need this official document.

Yes we did get my wife's GC today. Our 13th month journey through AOS is finally finished. It only took them 22 days from approval to get it. Oh well, thier last great act of defiance...It's over...

The priority date seems to be the date of the approval of your petition for K-1 visa...

We had the same thing happen. The green card arrive first - never got a tracking number, and about a week later the Welcome Letter arrived. I actually thought the brochure was the letter until the actual one arrived!

You should give them a few days for your status to "clear" ... I had the same problem when i went to get my SSN with my married name after i received the EAD...

I know, is weird...even though they are the ones who issue the document, it is not "in the system" yet.

Hello everybody again

I have tried to check my eligibility to work in the United State on the dhl website. This call E-verify and will use to identify if we are allowed to work here.

Before I get GC, it worked and I am eligible to work in USA. But now, after I filled in my info. It said that my info is not in US gov database. I'm so surprised and panic what happen with me.

If you guys don't mind, could you try this? just wondering if they forgot to register me as permanent resident as I did not receive that kind of update for my GC.

Regarding the Welcome to USA letter, it is actually an I-797 form which is much similar as those I-797C for NOA.

You may call uscis and ask if they can send you another one.

Today I received my GC in hands after no tracking update for a day. Hope some of us whose the GC sent last Thurs and before get you GC today!

btw, I did not receive welcome letter (approval notice). just wondering should I have to use it as supporting doc for ROC or citizenship in the future? I think I'm the only one who did not receive it. Should I contact USCIS and ask for this letter?

This afternoon I received a mail from USCIS. What in there are GC attached with I797D paper and welcome to US brochure. That's all.

I did not receive welcome letter since the card production.

Just got the same message without tracking...I guess we need to trust 'em...HA!!

Nothing since our call from the call from the IO on our approval day has been ordinary. 4 notices of production of the card: 3/27, 3/30, 4/10 and 4/13. Now no tracking...

I know how you feel, sorry to hear that. This is really frustrating after the long wait for approval but we have to struggle with receiving the card.

I want to end my wait soon.....it's really stressful for this process.

Mine still no any further update after the card production. And what make me feel bad again is that I've seen somebody in other forum somewhere having the same situation as me, 2 months passed but not yet received the card and USCIS told him that the case has not been approved yet!!! This was horrible. If no status updated by this Friday, I would contact senator or ombudsman. Don't want to wait for 30 days as it will take another 45 days for ombudsman to start looking on the case.

And turn it about 32 times...

Hate to think we might have to submit a SR for failure to receive...

I got only one text that my card was sent to produced....I thought that meant I got aproval. Since then, no any update and no welcome letter or anything in mail. Just wondering if I really got approved??

I think the card should be with you pretty soon, considering the long period of waiting...

I'd rather not to book flights until I have the card.

Alternatively, you can fly back home now, and have someone mail the GC to you once it's delivered to your US address, in case you need to be at home soon. because you have the approval for I-485 already, it should not be a problem for you to leave the country at this time.

Hi all. Long time lurker on this thread. Just chiming in to say we got our approval on Saturday 4/11. Our NOA1 was last April 29th and NPIW letter was dated 7/29, so just shy of a yr from NOA1 date. Hope this will be encouraging to those still waiting. Thanks all for waiting this out together
