I checked the VSC processing time. They finished 23 Jan 17 filers since Dec 17. All Feb filers should be approved  now. I then tried to send case inquiry for over processing time reason but  the website did not allow me  to do so and said that  my case is still in the processing time.  That's weird!

BE PATIENT AND BE POSITIVE> there is nothing else we could do at this moment.

Yes I filed ROC April 2017 at VSC. Was approved on Monday, card production on Tuesday and card mailed today. Upon checking with the tracking number card will be delivered on Monday

Yes, it should not be before 3 year anniversary. However, I saw a case in forum that get interview date before the anniversary. What happen was the approval was extended although they passed the interview. Additional wait for another 1-2 months for approval letter.

I am in Boston. Yes, I expect to have an interview in around April/May and this is the normal processing time at my field office. Hopefully!

We have the same case. I applied for ROC in Feb 2017, I have also not received the 10-year GC. Applied for citizenship Jan 2018.  They are working on the Feb 2017 ROC cases right now, I believe people who filed in the beggining of the month. We should be getting our approvals soon. 

 

They have to approve the ROC to move fwd with the N400. And we still have to reach the 3-year GC anniversary before we go for an interview anyway...

 

In any case, there is no standard. Every case will be processed as they please. My friend has had her green card for 6 years, she applied the same day as myself here in Jacksonville, FL, and her case is still “Fingerprints Reviewed” while another member who shared their story here and is also from Jcksonville, FL, who applied a week later after us has already hed their interview scheduled. So, they have no standard on anything, it’s just an unfortunate waiting game... I’m going to try an infopass, anything helps. My mom is elder and I need to bring her here asap.

Anyone filed for N400 while ROC i751 is pending?  I filed ROC in Feb 2017 at VSC and saw many people filed in Feb and March get  approval already but I haven't heard anything  

Just wondering if it's because I applied for citizenship then my ROC does not get approval?

Shouldnt say that with the other number you will either get an error message or your case has been transferred. Whatever number you are using, use the other one, its the one from your NOA1 letter and not the bio-metrics letter.

Shell, I put the one from NOA 1 and it said "My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered". Then I used another one from bio letter and it said "Case was received"

I don't know what's wrong with my case

How do you know that your case has been transfered? I'm Feb 17 filer too and  it turned 1 year on last Feb 23rd. My case status is still the same. "On February 23, 2017, we received your Form CRI-89",  no any update

Did the fingerprint this morning. No update on ELIS other than estimated time changed to 4 months instead of 5. USCIS account says " Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS" right away after the bio was done. 

This time they did fingerprint on only my one hand with 4 fingers together and said like that's all they needed this time.

Mine shows an estimation of 6 months. But in general, my field office processing time is 3-4 months.

1) I think online is faster comparing to mailing in and you can also upload additional docs right away if you have more. If you have RFE, you can also upload it which shorten your time. 

2)  Other than requested items, I sent lease, joint bank statements, IRS tax transcript 3 years back, copy of tickets travelling together in the past 3 year and utility bills. For the bills and bank statements, I just send 3 copies each. But will bring all of my docs at the interview date.

Thank you ZeeQ, Let's wait together. Online might be faster for bio but I'm not sure if it's also fast for the scheduling interview.
