Hi guys new update we called today and the representative told us that the case under review and they are waiting for the embassy to give them the response and the will send us an email soon but no case completed

I did 2 times,Mary and slyvia .its was useless to talk.they said wait for 30 day.a day before I cal and talk rep.he told me we need ur birth certificate police certificate and i864 , even we send it with our first check list.i told him and he wasn't able to ans where thy gone even we send them as one package,if they lost why they did not send us email.

I will call tomorrow inshaAllah will see what thy say.cos every rep tell something different,

Hav bad experience still with ds260.even calling them changing nothing,

After sending missing documents to embassy .it will take 3 ,4 weeks for visa. No need to worry.

We all totally understand what they did. If somebody did a fraud and catch later even after citzenship they have right to revoke there citizenship and deport them and ban them lifely.

For all this to proof u can get success but in start u hav to take the pain to give then pain,if u understand what I am saying.

Sorry, you have no rights to a green card. If your wife stops the application, there is nothing you can do.

I don't think it's fraud at the moment,it was a pre plan that what thy did.even if jass divorce Kathy and move to her daughter house and don't marry to Malika too .it will b fine cos everybody have now leagal documents plus Malika and jass ha leagle marriage daughter,

I was denied both visiting and k1 visiting b.c you don't have strong tie with your country and k1 was age difference but the officer covered it up as "inadequate evidence but we had everything from ticket to letters I mean everything

I'll be blunt. From what I know, Jamaica is a high fraud consulate. Entire family going chances are slim to none. Does not hurt to try. Not very expensive.

I am totally agree with u,being a third world country and u want to visit one of world top country,does not make sense.its will b 100 % rejected.i am also agree with Boiler .dont try to waste there time and money . Sorry to say Jamaica and phillipines are high fraud country that people coming to us by doing marry to come .

You do not have a case now.You have abandon your Green card.

You should concentrate more on getting away from your abusive husband. You should research the family code of the Philippines. You can file for legal separation then have the marriage annulled

No I didn't. I didn't want to bring my family to scandal. But some people know how he abused me. Bringing a woman in our conjugal property. Embarrassed me in public and etc.

My point is I got to prove that I didnt entered the marriage for the purpose of getting a greencard rather it was bona fide but I had made my decision to be with my child during the conditional greencard.

The thing u did no matter for what reason it's prove that u did for GC .cos judge or any one make sense if u was care ur child so much then why u left her alone and came here so far country across seas for a person who u just know from sometime. Sorry to say it's. If your wife is that sick, you should have asked for an expedite a long time ago. You're pretty far in the visa process but I would probably still try for an expedite if I were you. Could still save you a couple of months of waiting.

If your wife should pass away and you still want to move to the US, you can continue as a self-petitioning widower. Link below:
