I would like to know the difference between nvc and department of state. I got update on my case like this

So is tht means we have to wait 3,4 months more.how I will know when my piority date will come .where it's written .what is the working condition these days for case of cr1 in NVC.how much thy taking time

We approved 20 May, 4 nov filer. Now how much time it will took in nvc.

I send almost every thing that they require on.but we did not send pics. Cos there was nothing there write about pics.

We apply on nov 7 after that a recite and long wait my case update on 6 March 2015.here what it says

On March 6 2015 ,we suspend processing of ur case.case num.............,because we need more information from you.your notice explains what we need from you to resume work on ur case.we will not take action on your case until we recive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires. Plz follow the instructions in the notice.

It's first time my case status change since I apply it has mean around 4 month(180 days) .any idea what they need in spouse visa .or is it sign that my case won't take longer time.

Honestly you probably won't see an update until between May and June...maybe April if you're lucky. Not to be harsh, but I think it's better you hear the truth. When we filed (July 1st) someone told me three months.....we didn't hear anything until Feb 3. Anyways like I said it's better to overestimate with these things so you can save yourself some heartache and stress

So can we contact the uscis about our case or can see the date changing that come every 15 days of website of uscis. A time ago case status web page was different but now it's looks different.u think they made some change inside it.

We apply on 3rd nov 2014 and 12 nov we recive notice that case has been sent to TSC and now it's 14 February 2015 we did not see any update change on case status.any idea how much time it will more took.

I am looking information that how to start apply married based imigratiom visa in pakistan .and what forms I need how to apply and when what will b happen step by step.plz I need whole information from start to till visa .all dosuments chexk list .my embassy is islamabad pakistan.

We r confused which one we apply.but listen vj members .I think we will go for CR1 visa.only I need little bit more research .

Before takeng any step is it better tht once we talk embassy or uscis or nvc .tht what step we should take now or we can reply k1 .

Yes I am taking my time to look into it.and will decided what is better.we r reconcile and we realize tht we cant live with out each other.

Dwheels76 I am agree with ur thought.if we will get marry here it will b shows out real relationship again and will have no more reason on visa or doubt.

I got visa after 2 months of interview.does it make diffrence tht have my records before .and now it will b bit easy.or better choice is cr1 visa?I think we need tol talk laywer and uscis? Anybody heard this situation ?
