She said it will take time to send u checklist when I request it to send by email.she wrote me down in which part have to do corrections in i864 ,she also asked to send i864a . What u think ,

I called today our case was just updated in system.everything was ok execpt some parts of i864 and 2014 w2 tax return has to sent,cos we having joint sponsor and with out making those correction they can't fwd our case to embassy, again wait

Yes my friend this is the worst time in my life that I have never stressed out this much. Every time I call they say the different answers and even though I contacted the senator but there is no use at all they don't even care. Each time when I ask for a supervisor they say that no supervisor is available and I am clueless about my situation.

Don't worry friend. I called today Friday 2 different times. There mood looks bad. Like there was fight in nvc office.they said my ds and documents under review, but I don't bleave them whatever they say.cos like u said everyone tell own story .so I will bleave when my case will compete. u can call them and together there ans and then u can reach somewhere about ur case,if 2,3 rep tell same thing then what they tell it's true, they are jousting sitting in front of system to see case details.its same thing like we are tracking post that where it's reached,

Sorry to say but u have been used to bring him USA. He live leagle ,illeagle ,or got caught its other part of story.main and basic thing was how to enter USA.cos entry is always problem and u solve it.

Age difference between ex husband & that woman was 4-5years. Can I answer to consular office question that I like this woman and I only want to marry in usa as my parents are not agree. What will be the Consular Reaction?

If u would b consular and a couple come in that age diffrence in front of u .what will the the first thought will come on ur mind to see them and there ages, makes sense,obvesily GC.

U never know befor u do.anything can b happen.consular have nothing to do with family reaction.they way of thought is different, if u read other fm member post who had there interview.u can read what kind of question they asked,then u will understand what we are trying to say,

Yes I speak.she told its looks one of ur documents missing .when I told we sent all his with our first checklist.she said she will try to fine and after case complete she will call my wife.but she did not yesterday.today I was be to more I will cal again.i hope they won't lost anything cos what she tells we already sent.

She did marry a Pakistani guy and after GC thy most gone spread .what was there age difference at time of marry,she doing again and consular officer will think that it's goin to b again for GC .they msut b think that she bringing people for money .so like everybody say u have to b very strong ties.visa always issue from embassy .if they refuse ur petition will go back,if consular officer asked u will u do marry ur country woman who is divorce and 20 years older from u and ur family accpet it so what will b ur answers. We all know they can ask anybody anything.

. Yes it's really hard NVC give interviews for people who the got just field that DS and documents And for us nothing except excuses i don't know any more how to deal with that

Sorry for my mistake my doc's has been reviewed not the DS260 yes we called and asked for supervisor the representative told us it under review and ot send to our embassy and they are just in the middle they can't do nothing they are waiting a response from the embssay for being honest with you i did not believe them cuz i never heard that or read that on VJ

U are rite very rep tells something different each time u call.what I see when they do review any thing from ur side after that every rep will tell u same thing. People have difffrent experience with nvc.

Okay hope they find your missing items. Nope! Didn't heard anything back I only had a email that they had received my stuff. Besides its the first package for me so I'm keeping my finger cross hope there's no checklist stuff for me because I had send in everything they asked for in one package.

It's time for u to start calling nvc.i am hoping one of u things must b reviewd. Ds or package.cos mine sitution is same like urs,so try to call them.as best time to call nvc there time 6.59am. Tell me if u hear anything,

Hello guys , any good luck with supervisor, we called last Monday and the representative told us that they sent our DS260 to our embassy and they are waiting a response from them to inform us if the case is completed or not what is that mean I have never heard something like that in vJ posts can anyone explain that please

Have no idea but I think ds was reviewd and sent,ur documts is still left to review,u can make call and get update.

Okay, did u hear back anything about ur case?

I called few min ago and talk supervior she told ds has been reviewd.and some documts missing from package.when I told about the first check list document cover sheet later and told all is sent in one package,she said she will look into it and after complete it she will call my wife USC to update case complete.

I hope they find the document cos what they asking we already sent,

No u have to get new pics.

It would b difficult,plus another red flag she brought some one already from Pakistan and later gone spread.this will make consular think that same thing will be happen again useing for GC. Honestly nobody can tell.

yes they send u email .but if u want to check ur self u can login to ceac site.

U have to get know by call.i did same today .but I did not recive any email or saying this that ds has been reviewed.

Today rep told me that ds260 reviewed just documents left ,hopefully thy will b reviewed untill 28 October.beside telling rep how we can check is ds260 reviewed r not.
