i'm sorry to hear about this bad news,but insted of thinking about all this,you need to discuss gently with your husband,be sure he got you married first time because he loved you and he spend his money on the visa and wait for you to come to him for love as well,it must be something happning that made this relation worse,think about the good days about him and try to struggle for this relation,you reach a level where we are wating painfuly to reach it which is your interview date,you need to do istikhara ,i'm sure you are muslima and you know about it,ask Allah about this decision before taking any step,go to the interview and take your visa,and wait for him and give time to your relation and love to get back,then decide to go to your husband,i don't think that it is imposible for you guys to save this marriage,everything comes with discussion and anger can damage good relation if you did not controll it,you just start your marital life and the begining which is the hard part because you get to know each other manners and personality,if you pass the first years then life will be easy.
please sister take my words seriously,i'm like your sister and don't wish you to break all this and get divorced while you can be patient and save your marriage.

You don't have to visit Egypt IF your bf can travel to another country. Just pick a third country to which you both can gain admission.

I can only imagine how stressful this is for you. This is an emotional process even when things go smoothly - but when something like this happens it leaves everything unsettled. Maybe check with your husband to see if he feels it is safe in the area where he lives and then just go to see him. It will make you feel better. The situation will still be there - but at least you will have some time together. I personally do not know anyone in Egpyt so I could not say if it is safe or not - but your husband will know. Good luck and remember this is just a temporary setback - things will get better.

Your allowed to come to Egypt but they advice you not to, Don't worry its not very unsafe like they show it on Tv.I promise you that the economy crisis and prices going high are the most things that we feel right now.Clashes and shooting is always by the demonstrations which you must stay away from.Come to Egypt.If you think that you been waiting for too long, We have been waiting for longer..Its been 4 years and am still in AP..be patient...things are getting better.

They are suggesting Americans not to go to Egypt or they are not allowing it? Look life is too short to depressed about this. Get up and take action (if you can). Go to Egypt and be with him, trust me school or work can come later. You guys miss each other and it seems like your case isn't going too far right now. Be together and stress out but stress out together. We American citizen can go almost anywhere so save some money and take a flight to him!!

if you decide to stay with her -
you can host a wedding party, not registered with the governement, and still have her come here on k1 visa.
if you decide not to stay with her -
just write to embassy and immigration to null her visa
imo, you are not fit to marry her at all ! you did not take your time to understand the chinese customs. it just seems like both are incompatible in the long term.
if you really love her, go live in china for a year and learn about chinese customs! not just using chopsticks and eating chinese takeouts.

I'm trying to understand how demanding a wedding in her home country with her family and friends would be a way to "scam" you. I'm going to suppose she means a ceremonial wedding and not actually get officially married in her country, otherwise, like others have said, that would void the K1 visa.
Maybe what you mean is that she started becoming unreasonable as soon as she got her K1 so that you would get into a fight, so she would have an excuse to no longer have to talk to you, now that she has what she wants. But, like others have said, if she goes to the U.S on the k1 and doesn't get married within 90 days she will become out of status and have serious legal issues with her immigration status. So, either she hasn't thought this through at all or you are jumping to conclusions thinking it is a scam. If it's a scam, then it's not a very good one.

He will need for his records when he is in The U.S. Sorry this was the only link I could find to print off this form.The Doctors will know this form.Will save you time and money to have this completed for your records than have to prove here when He is in the United States. Hi my Fience' is getting ready for his medical exam, in egypt. he has the photo requiremnts, identification, and case number already, but does he need to bring a specific form for the doctor to fill out, or does the doctor provide this form? Thank you for all your help and have a great day
