you sure it wasn't a false check list ?do you see any boxes with X or are they all blacked out ?did NVC say you had a check? If all blacked out its a false check list.

hi true-love my case is already completed on june12th 2013 and i am still waiting to get my interview date !!!! can i do this too ? dewheel sugested this in some post but i dont know if i can do this too or not ?

I called NVC today and asked if they sent my petions out, they said they don't send them until the embassey has an opening and they (embassey or NVC)email you? So I guess I wait for the email.

quick question, I called nvc jun 28 and told me case is completed, is it possible thats the date it was shipped out?

Did you got checklist AOS and if you had, when did you send?

yes checklist jun 7, mailed jun 8,delivered jun 10,reached somones desk jun 28 case completed, had to call to find out, called everyday to bug their #######! good luck!!! check list was for one too many zeros on my 2012 gross income line 13a, yah one zero made us wait for 3 weeks

After waiting for almost 1 month since we sent the new i-864 we received a checklist to correct a mistake, we have sent the response to the checklist (1 week ago) and was told to wait 20 days, still the same answer every time we call! I’m wondering if I’ll get the same answer after 20 days and more ,

yesterday morning I was told they will review my iv sent 25 days ago, in the evening i received a new checklist that they are still waiting for the response to the checklist for i-864 witch we already sent , to may complete to processing of the case , I thought my iv has been reviewed and accepted , when I called they said it' not in the system yet ,

Is this normal?

Help guys. We got a checklist on our Aos. Im confused though it says 5 information to correct and after that its blacked out. How do we know what to correct?

If they all are blacked out its a false check list(not to worry), if you have a box with an X in it thats the checked error

Been two months for us since they recieved our AOS and IV packets, thanks to the I-864 debacle screw up, got a check list for one too many zeros on line 13a, been waiting on that now for three weeks, NVC as her in low granny for all you farm boys....

Seems there have been very few case completes in the last two months from NVC, mainly because of the new I-864 form but I thought they would be spitting them out every day now that they got that figured out....or did they?

Has anyone tried calling NVC today I keep getting busy signal, maybe they have my number blocked now lol??
