Yes, you need to submit it again. They're not going to comb through the I-130 package to look for your tax returns as they're not required for the I-130 package.

Hey guys,
So I already informed Saylin about an update to the NVC site, but just a heads up to everyone: The DS-260 confirmation page is now mandatory to bring to the interview.
On the NVC website, it states, "After submitting the Form DS-260 online, print the confirmation page. You must bring the confirmation page to your visa interview."
More information can be found here as well as an example of the 260 itself: http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/immigrant-process/documents/submit.html
For EP applicants, apparently, "If you provided the NVC with scanned copies that you submitted via email, you will be required to present the original documents at your interview, along with a photocopy of each document." I didn't know if people were already aware of this information or not, but that is found here: http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/immigrant-process/interview/prepare.html
^ If that's the case ... what's the point of EP if you have to provide original documents anyway? Doesn't that defeat the purpose or am I misinterpreting the information?

Ah ok, make sense! I was thinking more along the lines of having to provide documents again, but it's just verification of legitimate documents.

My case is in process of termination. What does that mean?! I see that one in here every month about 10 times and it drives me bananas!
Anyway, I'm sitting in the clinic (I'm in a clinical trial for a new migraine medication) and the nurse just asked me what book I was reading (I'm on my tablet), I told her Visa Journey. It's a dramedy :-D

Hey Saylin
I got approved at the LDN embassy yesterday! I just wanted to drop by and say thanks so much for all your help, particularly at NVC stage. I can't believe how stressed I made myself over the process when in actual fact it turned out to be pretty straight forward.
I'll stick around and try to help others.
All the best

Okay. I am sorry, but you have got to be kidding me! I have kept quiet all along but this is just too much. You continue to ask the same questions, over and over, but don't seem to be paying attention to what people are telling you. HAVE YOU NOT READ THE PAST 3 PAGES OF THIS FORUM, WHERE PEOPLE HAVE ALREADY ANSWERED YOUR QUESTIONS MULTIPLE TIMES?
I'm not sure if you are trying to do this on purpose or if you are really that lost but it's getting to be a little much. For the love of god or whatever higher being that you believe in, PLEASE read the first post of this forum (on page 1). It will CLEARLY tell you in the Wiki which documents that you need.

i posted a couple times for you to read the very first post on this thread. Everything you need to know is right there. Not sure where selfish is coming from, but i do know you won't get much help with posts like this. I suggest you read the NVC wiki. -

I think the info you listed in the first paragraph would be sufficient, but I'm not 100%. Hopefully someone else here can verify!

I thought that too until I started to understand the process a little more. I didn't think it was going to take a week for the D-261.

That depends on many factors, such as when you get your case #, when you submit your fees and packages, if there are no checklists, and how backed up your consulate is. Please check out the NVC thread and spreadsheet and the interview thread and spreadsheet.
