  1. Hi! So during the course of our visa application before our NOA2, my fiance had one job after another and the recent one's contract ended just this May since it was a seasonal job. Will this affect our petition at all? We just got our NOA2 this May 8 and I have yet to verify with him if he was able to get his parents as co-sponsor. He's still waiting on the result from a job interview, and is still applying at some. If for some reason he can't find a job before he interview, will that cause problems for us?

  2. Ahmagad, your hair is so pretty~! <3

& OT: It's been 165 days for me. My fiance is coming to visit me for around 2 1/2 months at the end of May, hopefully leaving room for possible RFEs. Then, I'm going back with him to Canada, hopefully, and will attend his interview with him.

Call me weak, but I can't be away anymore. @_@

On another note, everyone from VSC should be expecting an NOA2 within the next two months. Congrats to everyone who got approved from CSC! Keep us in your prayers.

    It's getting really exciting. :3

That's okay. It's not being weak. It's just missing our special someone badly. :D and it's okay. My fiance's planning to visit me too. If we don't hear anything from USCIS thia coming week, he'll visit someime in May or June. It is definitely okay for you to see your fiance.

  3. 8'm not sure if I could help but if the the US folks working on our papers saw there was some kind of wedding, even if it's not official, they might think that it is and could either slow down your process or get denied. But if anyone knows more about it, do correct me if I'm wrong.

With my being not so obsessive with the Igor's list, I noticed two early November approvals. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for our approval.

  4. Man, that's the truth. This week flew by. I was teaching a class on the Python programming language (5 full days). With readjusting the material I had originally made, trying out code examples and trying to get them perfect, I was working literally from 4:30 AM to midnight every day. It totally kept my mind off VJ (and pretty much everything else except my lovely fiancee and my little dude). Now I am on my way south of the equator :). Two whole weeks where I will probably forget all about you people (sorry). See y'all on the flip side :)

That's great! Have fun with your wonderful family :)
