Congrats on all the new approvals! Lynkali, I have this feeling you'll be approved next week. Keeping my fingers crossed for you. Stay strong!

Wow thanks. We're hoping we could still get a July slot when I can schedule an interview.
-
Thank you pachacuti, JobienJeck. Liddy, thank you! The day when I haven't check the website was the day the status changed. xD

Omg we were approved too. My fiance just called and we got approved on May 8. I can't believe it. Our NOA1 is November 8. You're next guys ♥

I made a list of names I like and he narrowed it down to the names he like and we both decided to name her Nala. (We both like The Lion King lol)

There are now but they're still October filers.

Ahmagad, your hair is so pretty~! <3
& OT: It's been 165 days for me. My fiance is coming to visit me for around 2 1/2 months at the end of May, hopefully leaving room for possible RFEs. Then, I'm going back with him to Canada, hopefully, and will attend his interview with him.
Call me weak, but I can't be away anymore. @_@
On another note, everyone from VSC should be expecting an NOA2 within the next two months. Congrats to everyone who got approved from CSC! Keep us in your prayers.
It's getting really exciting. :3
That's okay. It's not being weak. It's just missing our special someone badly. and it's okay. My fiance's planning to visit me too. If we don't hear anything from USCIS thia coming week, he'll visit someime in May or June. It is definitely okay for you to see your fiance.

With all the october filers getting approved, I hope all of us will get the next batch of NOA2s. Btw, do any of you have the link for Igor's list? When I click the old link before the update, it says the page is missing.
-
I'll cheer with you guys :3 Go CSC!

8'm not sure if I could help but if the the US folks working on our papers saw there was some kind of wedding, even if it's not official, they might think that it is and could either slow down your process or get denied. But if anyone knows more about it, do correct me if I'm wrong.
With my being not so obsessive with the Igor's list, I noticed two early November approvals. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for our approval.
-
I've been checking the timeline and the uscis website since CSC started approving late November filers. >w<
-
Hey congrats!
-
To all Nov filers who are still waiting ... You are in my prayers. Next NOA2 will be yours !
Wow congrats liddy! All these approvals are making me anxious and depressed at the same time because I can't help but anticipate ours. >.<
-
Congrats! Hope ours would be approved soon too.
-
I hope for everyone's sake they'll move backwards...
Ditto.

My eyes are almost exploding out of my head right now in 20 minutes i have seen 6 CSC approvals!
Same here. I wish it continues like this for this month and onwards
And congrats lovecouple!
-
I like how CSC is now popping them out faster than VSC. Nonsarcastic.
But wth they skipped like 3-4 months.
I think they are working from early December/late November then work their way back till they catch up on the pending July-October petitions e.e
And congrats bamba1!

Man, that's the truth. This week flew by. I was teaching a class on the Python programming language (5 full days). With readjusting the material I had originally made, trying out code examples and trying to get them perfect, I was working literally from 4:30 AM to midnight every day. It totally kept my mind off VJ (and pretty much everything else except my lovely fiancee and my little dude). Now I am on my way south of the equator . Two whole weeks where I will probably forget all about you people (sorry). See y'all on the flip side
That's great! Have fun with your wonderful family

I know. You're right. I guess this sudden urge of approvals made anticipate our NoA2. I need to kerp my mind busy with other stuff or I'll go nuts over this.
I hope we get ours soon too liddy
-
It's so weird CSC jumped from July to November and December. I'm happy that there are more approvals now but if they're this random now, it makes me think that there still a big chance our paper is left on pile while they pick random petitions to approve. Dx
-
Congrats! CSC's finally doing something. Here's hoping we get ours soon too!
Petitioner's employment contract ended. Will this cause problems?
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
Posted
Hi! So during the course of our visa application before our NOA2, my fiance had one job after another and the recent one's contract ended just this May since it was a seasonal job. Will this affect our petition at all? We just got our NOA2 this May 8 and I have yet to verify with him if he was able to get his parents as co-sponsor. He's still waiting on the result from a job interview, and is still applying at some. If for some reason he can't find a job before he interview, will that cause problems for us?
