It definitely looks like your case is moving forward.

If you put ink on it, send it in....honestly, sending in that those instructions would probably make the person looking at it angry and lose your case forever and make you start over from scratch just out of spite...good luck.

closer everyday....good luck

I sent that form. It worked fine. They even looked at it during the formal interview. It is just as good as the 693....good luck.

Congrats...We were approved a few weeks ago, and I got those same email, they send a lot for some reason, I received the welcome letter 1 day before that email you wrote. Then a couple of days later they sent 3 more emails stating the GC was being made.

I would venture a guess that the OP isn't as stupid as she seems and is joking with us ... to the OP, you'll have to forgive us, many newbies are in fact as clueless as you seem to be ...
lol
I'm not going to post in in this thread anymore...I'm getting bored.

If you get a chance, please let us know why they canceled your interview. Hopefully they just transferred it to California.

Looks good...please write back letting us know how it went. I love reading the AOS interview stories...mine is on here somewhere.

I went to the mailbox again today, and I didn't see our 10 year pr cards yet. Well, I guess I will go again tomorrow. My fingers are still crossed. You have to admit, it would be really cool if I go to the mailbox and my 10 year PR cards are there someday. Especially without applying for them...

How long does it take once you pass your AOS interview before they update the online visa case status system?
Thanks.

They don't "just send them"; you have to apply.
Some people get interviewed. Most do not.
I don't want to apply. I want to see if it comes...maybe I will get lucky?

Just wondering if anyone can find the music USCIS uses when you are placed on hold? I imagine it is provided my the telecommunications company they use, so if anyone knows that information, that would help me find it as well.
Thanks

We just received our greencards today. I was wondering when we get within the 90 days to remove the conditional status, do we need to go through another interview? Or do they just send new cards with the 10 year experitation?
Thanks.

Today we had our interview. I just wanted to share my experience. The interview was for my wife and my daughter. We were scheduled for 8am, and we arrived at 7:30am. They hadn't opened the doors yet, so we waited in line with the others who came early as well. When the security guards opened the doors we walked through without any problems. We sat down until the officers opened their windows. When they opened the windows every went up to turn in their appointment letters.
We were called for our interview about 5 minutes later. This office has always been very quick and on time. The lady was very nice, she seemed like she really enjoyed her job. I was glad we had her. She began with the oath. My daughter didn't have to give the oath, understandably. Before I begin, let me explain that my wife just had our second child last week. She recovered nicely, but she said we weren't going to miss this interview, so a friend came along to help with the baby. Our baby came 3 weeks early. It was a shock, but we are glad it happned this way. So, after our oath we sat down, and she asked us about our baby, she just metioned you guys could have called and rescheduled the interview. We both were like yeah right. We weren't rescheduling anything the USCIS arranges for us. She then went through my wife's application and said I will then go over your daughters. She asked very basic questions. Name, Address, etc. Then did the same for me, and then with our daughter. Then she asked my wife the yes or no questions which were on the application to adjust status. She asked 3 of the 20 or however many there were. Then she asked me if I had a letter from my current employer which I did, then she wanted W2's, Taxes, and Paystubs, which I gave her. She then asked for proof of relationship stuff, I gave her utility bills, insurance papers, house information, bank statements, and letters from friends. She said I just want to make a copy of these. Before she left she said I am going to approve your case. We were very happy, I am wondering how most people react when this happens? We didn't get up and start jumping up and down, but we looked at each other and said "that's great" or something cheesy like that. How do most of you react? Anyway she left and then came back and stamped the passport of my wife and daughter. Then said the cards will arrive in 2-3 weeks. She also said that we were on conditional basis, due to being married. Two years to protect them and us from marriage fraud. No complaints here though. She said congratulations, we all shook hands and said thank you for your time, and she walked us to the door. That was it.
Thanks to everyone who helped with my questions.

Sounds good. Thanks for your help.

This sounds like very bad news. When we sent in the 485, they said I didn't need to send anything in because it was less than a year. But it wasn't for the 693, which we never did apparently. However, when I sent in the 485 they never sent me any type of RFE about the medical stuff. And the interview is for this month.
Please advise.
Thanks.
ahh its so close now..getting nervous!
