This is getting ridiculous. Many many emails each day of people saying that they are stressed and that there is nothing we can do about this. 
Please stick to your words and DO NOTHING including not posting here your frustration. I totally agree with Y&i2015, please post here only when you have an update on your status. All questions have been answer by page 20 of this Topic and we are already at page 78. 
 
Admin, Is it possible for you to remove useless complaints and allow only status updates?

I'm not sure why anyone is stressing out about this.  It all took us a lot more time getting the K1 approved than those that came after us. 
We plan on making an infopass appointment and getting my wife's passport stamped in July.  If nothing happens and October rolls around, she'll just apply for citizenship.  No need for a green card after that. 

Could compromise on the commute. His job is 2 hours from your current residence. How about getting a place that is in the middle, 1 hour from either job. No need to pay for 2 residences, saves money, etc.

Our package arrived in Vermont on Friday and the check cleared through the bank tuesday evening. Now we are waiting on the letter.

You're in the wrong area but I'll answer your question. You need to file no earlier than 90 days before your greencard expires. Your date of marriage doesn't matter.

I'm sorry that you are frustrated with the process but you should be glad that you didn't file in 2012 where the wait was 7 months. We filed in November 2012 and we were not approved (NOA2) until June and her interview was August 2013. Think about all these people and consider yourself LUCKY that the time has dropped!!!!
You can sit and complain all you want but it will just make you more upset. Use this time to look at the requirements your fiancee needs, start collecting those documents so when they get the notice, everything is ready to go.

Long story short with more detail to come after we've spent some quality time~
She was given a 1 month parole visa and passport was surrendered. We have until this time to get the appropriate paper work gathered and submitted. They said lost/stolen/damaged/etc happens fairly frequently overall - it's still better to do it the 'right' way but they do have a contingency plan. Don't rely on it, but it's there.

OP, it's people like you that backlog the service centers and file illegitimate claims and visa requests for idiotic reasons. It's people like you that make innocent filers and couples like myself and the other thousands of innocent bystanders on here wait months and months going through hell and agony just to see our other halves' smiles again. It's people like you that are the reason other countries aswell as the USA are full of illegal immigrants and people wanting a free ride. You sir should be ashamed of yourself, I have also reported this post and sent off a copy to USCIS, you wanted help and I'm sure thousands of others on here will be willing to help you on your bus ride to jail, and I hope your 'FIANCEE' (pssh) gets what she deserves also, Karma is coming your way and you had better be prepared to deal with the consequences of your idiotic actions.

How about all the November people who have yet to be approved, followed by the December, and then January people......It really bothers me that they can't go in order or at least try.
