Can someone please confirm whether this address is correct for filing:

File Form I-129F at the USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility:
For U.S. Postal Service (USPS):

USCIS
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266

And a fee of $340 payable by cheque in name of "U.S. Department of Homeland Security" attached to cover letter?

There are 2 addresses, depending if you are sending it Overnight or by regular US post office delivery.

You listed the address for regular USPS delivery option.
