So, after reading all the OP's threads about this topic, I have found one thing in common. He posts something about poor poor me, people give him great advice, he disappears and isn't really heard from again except to post another poor poor me comment.
There is some great advice here! On all of the original posts he received the same advice! She is gone, it doesn't matter who's fault it is. It's a horrible situation but it really does sound like time to move on before you do something that could land you in trouble.

No issued means the visa has been issued. That doesn't mean it's been printed and picked up by courier.
Track it on 2go's website or ustraveldocs website.
If you use 2go's website use the UID number from your appointment letter, your PP number OR MNL#. Try all 3
OR just wait for a text from 2go!

NO CRIMINAL RECORD and NO CASE PENDING require a letter of explanation from the NBI. NO RECORD ON FILE and NO DEROGATORY RECORD do not require a letter of explaination.

Even IF you make it there at 2am there is no guarantee you will finish your medical in one day. Plan on two days and hope for one.

Thanks everyone. I made it to Manila just fine, despite the pair of typhoons. It sure is leaving a lot of rain though, something I'm highly unaccustomed to at this time of year lol. We'e finalizing interview prep for the big day Wednesday. Excited, nervous, you name it.

Good thing they don't close down all of Manila for bad weather "just in case it happens".

Well, it's all over. All that hard work ended with a five minute interview with a US consular. I'm not going to post a five page experience on this because there are SO many on VJ now and frankly I'm really too tired too.
I will tell you though, if you have a chance to attend the interview with your fiancée, it is a great experience and it makes things a LOT easier.

Thank you! Good luck on your interview! Just remember to relax and take some deep breaths! It's not as hard as it is made out to be. You will get asked questions but you'll know the answers

Meaning no offense, but based on your recent joining of the site, and lack of knowledge about the PI VJ process, what makes you post this obviously incorrect info? One way tickets are the norm here. Maybe not from Colombia, but from the PI, yes.

Why is it better? It's that thought process that causes confusion on so many levels with the VJ process. Like bring SO MANY documents to the interview as proof of bona fide relationship, or people saying that 125% of poverty level is needed during NVC/USEM process. Or sending the bulk of documents over to the PI as "originals", costing so much more than necessary for the petitioner. Grrrrrhhhhhh!!!
Sorry, just ranting. I hate the rumor game. It sucks.
But you're right. ONE MORE passport won't hurt anything...
