Hi everyone, I'm a July 15 filer, I did the fingerprints in October 6, received the date of interview in December 4. Had my interview on January 9 and took the Oath on January 11.

4 days until we are at the "Expected delay period of six months" , still no update

Stop being judgemental! This is an incredibly difficult time for me and both of our families! I already mentioned I have an appointment with a divorce lawyer next week. I mainly came here for immigration advice, and tips from people/women who were in the same boat. I want to make sure that my immigration status won't affect my daughter's future....

Sorry for you if you have been abused by your wife. Is there any help you needed for your case? If so, ask for help now otherwise, you must have posted in a wrong thread/forum. I hope the moderator move your post as fast as possible because it has an element of discrimination against women and added little or no value to people who need help here. No, the applicant only needs to satisfy an I-9 after a job offer has been made. An employer cannot ask these sorts of queries at the application or interview stage, by law.
These sorts of questions are used to "weed out" potential employees and is therefore discrimination.

They are going to look at many things. Your young age and being underage (a minor child) with a Man who is 7+ years older than you is a huge red flag in my opinion. He is from Morocco so he will have to return to his home country to interview at the consulate. You will have to prove you have a steady job and can support him because Casablanca frowns on co sponsors for the fiancee visa a lot. It has been done but it is hard.
Here is my advise.....go to college and get your degree find a steady welll paying job and then file for him if he is still around. If he loves you he will wait for you....I know it is hard but yoou got to cover your bases and do it right!
