If you can read English then why ask what to do next? It's all outlined here in English
I was only trying to help you see where you're actually at but you seem to be a rude to others as well. Goodbye.

Alien registration numbers change all the time. That should be the least of your concerns. Your biggest concern should be your I-130 denial
-
You need to call NVC everyday until your case number has been assigned. It's taking about 30 days from when NVC receives your case to case number being assigned. There's a very detailed NVC thread here you can follow which will explain everything to you. However NVC will also send you instructions.
Medical exams varies by country

You're completely jumping the gun. Your expedite request has been approved not your petition. Read your email, it says it will be assigned to an officer now. Once the officer is done reviewing your petition will be approved and you will receive your noa2. That's when you start calling NVC to check if they've received your case. Until then the only progress you've made is having your expedite request approved, nothing else. You don't have the noa2 which is what's most important

It's going to take some time. People from March are still waiting on case numbers
-
Wait about a week or two from date of approval then start calling NVC once a week to see if they've received your case. Unfortunately you ended up at Texas service center where they're known to hold on to approved petitions then send it in bulk. They sent my petition to NVC almost 4 weeks after approval
-
I just got mine. Waited over a month. Since yours got to NVC before me I'm sure you'll be getting it any day now

Physical address
Name and address of bakery she physically worked at
-
No. They're not even going to look at it. I sent the orders with our petition and nothing happened. I had to resend them again anyway once we requested the expedite
-
We did same as above. When the case reached USCIS then we called and requested to be expedited. Originally we sent his orders with the whole petition and requested in cover letter for it to be expedited - they didn't even look at it. That's why it's best you call and personally ask them once they've received it
-
There's no wait. You can send your petition right away.
Why not bring her over on k1? That would be faster.
-
Yes you usually get another notice to be advised that the expedite has been approved.
However you submitted your expedite request with your initial I-601. I've seen some cases (including mine) where they don't even look at your expedite request unless you call and personally request for it to be done. So it's probably a good thing your lawyer is going to call and push for it
-
No he doesn't need I-130. He's a U.S citizen
-
They accidentally sent you someone else's details
-
There's a lot more needed than just that one form. I suggest you study the guides, it'll help you get a better grasp of things. Will your wife be okay proving domicile in the u.s which is one of the requirements if the USC is filing from abroad?
There is expedite available but you'll need a good reason

AraiannaC - wow they totally are similar lol
Yes I have everything. I just forgot about the military records until yesterday so I guess not exactly everything. Will you be expediting your case at NVC as well?
-
Yes. K1 visa
Less money and time for am immigrant visa to America? No such thing.
-
You can use that address.
I also used our mailing address as place where I intend to stay even though we're based in Washington and our mailing address is in California.
-
No. This happened to me as well and I've read a few cases where this has happened because of an address change. Nothing to worry about.
-
Actually it is a stupid question. Did some more research and realised military records is for me the beneficiary (if applicable) not him
-
So this is probably a stupid question, apologies
My husband is currently active duty in the u.s army. We are aware that he will need to provide his military records but what exactly is this? I thought it was self explanatory but when I asked him for them he really didn't know what it was. Is it proof that he's currently in the military? Is it some kind or certificate? Whatever it is how would he go about obtaining it?
-
Yes it's normal. Happened to me as well
-
Just you

Hi Im currently starting my process for my k1 VISA.My fiance is getting deployed before we sent the documents but we're not sure what address use on present time because when he leaves we wont have an specific place. Can be the present time address the base where he's going, and the mailing address where he's gonna get his mail which is his parents house??? Im confused about that.
Present time can be wherever he is right now then just change it later on when he's actually there. Unless he's going to be there within the next month.
Yes he can use his parents house for mailing address

They send your case to NVC and then you should start calling them. Follow the NVC thread
