Hi VJers

So I've been trying all day to contact the US embassy here without success and I need help.

My son is two months old and I'm trying to apply for a consular report of birth with the embassy but on the application it shows that the form must be filled out by the US citizen which is my husband and signed in front of them. He's actually in the army and is deployed so he can't be here for it.

I'm really confused and would appreciate if someone could help me out with what I should do.

Hi this may seem like a stupid question but this is all so overwhelming that I've probably missed the answer here somewhere.

My husband is applying for a I-130 visa for myself but I want to know, is my son automatically included in this or will that need to be a separate application (forms, fee etc). Please help
