The only recent "conspiracy theories" that I've seen about the Russia investigation has been the stupid stuff like "There was a spy in the Trump campaign!"

So he regrets picking Sessions as the Attorney General and he tried to use the power of his office to persuade Sessions to un-recuse himself from the Russia probe as a sign of being loyal to the Fat Orange Nixon. He then went to Republican Senators to try and persuade them to confirm another Attorney General for him if he fired Sessions, they told him no.

Don't forget he also asked for loyalty from Comey and when Comey refused he fired the FBI Director. The Fat Orange Nixon is looking more guilty by the day. Obstruction of Justice is in the air.

Equating kneeling in a football game to tweeting racist garbage is just intellectually dishonest.

    1) No 1st Amendment issue -- government not trying to regulate speech.
    2) Probably there was a morality clause in her contract -- if you love free enterprise, you have to accept that people are free to negotiate contract terms, and that when those terms are breached, there are consequences.

    Indeed.

People of all races, religions and nationalities work at Sanofi every day to improve the lives of people around the world. While all pharmaceutical treatments have side effects, racism is not a known side effect of any Sanofi medication.

It's always got to be about him, even on Memorial Day he had to make it all about him. Narcissism aplenty.

The 2000 summit was going to get rid of the demilitarized zone and allow families to reunite between North and South Korea. What happened after the talks? You need another history lesson?

Jacque67 reacted to Steeleballz in North and South Korean leaders hold surprise US summit discussions
Moon Jae-In was elected in 2017.  However, there have been previous summits between North and South Korea. Former South Korean president Kim Dae Jung won the Nobel peace prize for his role in the 2000 summit with Kim Jong Il.

So not to burst anyone's bubble, but we have been down this road before, several times. Unfortunately it's always been a dead end road. If you want to go putting the cart before the horse again fine. At least be aware there's a possibility of a brick wall ahead.

He had to get in something about how "massive and powerful" we are (he is)

As much as I'd love to see people like Iran and North Korea disarmed, the US definitely has a bit of a "hypocrite" problem sitting on our massive stockpile of weapons that could destroy the planet several times over.

Where have we moved the peg to? We are even closer to possibly having a meeting in the future? It doesn't happen until it happens.

KJU "destroying" the facility has nothing to do with us.

That being said, I am sad the meeting didn't go through. Even with a small chance of a deal, I would have liked to see it happen.

Also gotta say I chuckled a bit at the "letter". You can always tell what Trump has his hand in writing and when he stays away. He definitely influenced this one.

Russia or UK? Hmm which one is the advisary again? You know the one USA distrusts the most and had a war with for decades? Let's just admit Donnie loves Russians because his purse strings are controlled by them.

I'm not sure her saying "Pain au Chocolat" would have gone over any better, since she would have said that with the proper French pronunciation as well.

When she tries to speak like an American (Texan), I find it hilarious (and honestly not that bad of an impression). Sadly not even that works (Like her "Cru-saunt" approach).

Drive-thrus are the worst for him. I'm always surprised at the people who seem to understand him and those who don't. I can usually point out immediately where it goes wrong... so I'll try and point out how his vowels sound to an unfamiliar ear, and what they likely thought he said. It's always the o's and a's. The Mid-Atlantic accent is very hard on those vowel, and his vowel tones with a brogue are going to sound completely different to anything we'd know. A word like luck may sound like look. And words like about may sound like aboot. Cranberry Limeade was a word that seemed to stump a lot of people.
