CFO is a Philippines only requirement, being you are not in the Philippines its not needed.
U.S. immigrations does not require CFO.... U.S. immigrations doesn't give a hoot about CFO.
No one else cares about CFO.

Okay so.. I was in the movie theater at the sM mall in bacolod. Fortunatly I have the luxary of going to the movie theaters everyday that i am there cause the ticket prices are half of what edwards cinema costs at the mall where i live.
Okay so anyway.. I was watching this movie bourne legacy and (Usually at the movie theater there like maybe 10 15 people max... Nomatter what movie i was watching )
Except this movie. So I went to go watch bourne legacy at the theaters in sm mall in bacolod and all of a sudden i go into the theater and theres like thousands of people in there. I mean literaly all the seats where filled.
So im thinking what the heck is it so damn crowded... well later on i found out.
You wont get this unless you seen this movie...
Well anyways the whole theater was all quiet and calm.. untill the middle part of the movie..
when in the movie the acter says:
GuY: We gotta get the bad guys
girl: Yes but there main headquaters is far away
Guy: What do you mean? We can take a car
Girl: No acsually its not here in the USA
Guy: Then where?
Girl...................................................................................................................
its in ...................................... MANILA PHILIPINES!!
tHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN EVERYBODY IN THE WHOLE MOVIE THEATER STARTED TO CHEER AND THROW POPCORN EVERYWHERE AND STARTED WAVING THERE PHILIPINO FLAGS AND ATE THERE PUTOS 1!
SCARED THE ####### OUT OF ME.. CAUSE ALL OF A SUDDEN IT WAS QUIET THEN EVERYBODY STARTED TO CHEER... THING SOUNDED LIKE LIL JOHN YELLING IN MY EAR OR SOMTHING....

Now listen to me i know most of you people are going to think this is some joke or bull but im dead serious1
I got my I130 approved a little over a month..
I sent a I129F
So im guessing if yo send a I129F after your I130 they approve it faster.. Also som others that got approved within a month sent a I129F so if you put two and two together.. it makes sense
I figure the uscis gets the I130 then puts it in a cabinet.. then later you send a 129f they need to go to your i130 to check so they probobly pull it out of the cabinet. Then the uscis guys probobly like.. man since i already got his i129f in my hand and his i130 i might as well check on his case now cause i dont want to have to refile the papers in order back in the cabinet.. So since he alreayd has it in his hand he probobly works on it real fast.
I know it sound bogus but thats my thought

Anyways i had many relationships here in the US .. matterfact my exwife was a filipino but was born in new jerz. I thought i had it all thought i had the most best wife in the world .. till i got devorced and met this filipino girl in the philipines..
Seriously.. damn my girl from the PI cooks for me.. she gives me Sex anytime i want.. fun to hang around with.. and gives me 90% less lip and enjoys when i take her out to the mall and movies and stuff..
I was wayyy missing out... I mean my ex here.. she was always yelling at me telling me hurry up and get my a up so i can take her to the mall or somwhere .. when i just got through my work weekend.. so i take a extra couple min in the shower.. SOOO WHAT.. SHOOT IM TIRED... FROM WORK...
She dont even know how to cook.. I always had to stop at the walmart after work so i can pick up a few frozen dinners so i can eat when i get home... My ex text me at my lunch time talk about when i get home she going to do it with me.. when i get home she sleeping...
She always yelling at me telling me to take out the trash and wash the damn dishes and stuff.. and starts yelling at me 24/7.
I even paid for her school for a dealing class.. and she got the certificate and she auditons and failed 2 times.. and so now she gave up... (waste of money)
She always talking about how i buy bunch of useless expensive stuff "with my money" when i look in the closet and underneath the draw i find a buncha MAC makeup!
Women in america.. seem to have too much damn power.. seriously on the real.. you ladies think you can get whatever you want by just showing off a #######.
