  1. Just like some mentioned it can be a mixed bag and truly the timeliness doesn't even do it much justice. Yes I have seen some pretty fast turnaround but it is just inconsistent. I qualified under 3 year I didn't file filed under 4 year back in June 2021 I interviewed back in January and am still pending decision was even told earliest I could start asking questions is December even though I have reached out. Said it is at my local office and give them 60 to 90 days we passed the 60 day mark next month makes 90 day mark still waiting. Also know of someone who applied back in 2020 they have interviewed but still no decision so again it is kind of one of those things. I hear many people say if u have no issues but I bet to differ seems luck plays a role. Seen people with criminal record go thru process in under 6 months so once more the more u try to understand and predict USCIS the more likely you may get upset.
  2. What was your office location miami lakes or Oakland Park? And what was your timeline?
  3. Congrats to you, I was paying attention to your post as well as your frustration, I am Oakland Park as well and believe it or not I interviewed back in January 13th of this year and still no oath schedule yet. I had to go to the office last week and security won't let me in obviously due to info pass no longer allowed. Luckily I had my government badge and was given courtesy to get in all to find out my background check is still not cleared hence hold up. I received a text last night uscis officer should be calling me.i am more than sure telling me same thing or maybe good news but you are lucky u did not have to wait much longer. Best of luck and congrats again
  4. At this rate @elmers i wont be to sure a out few days. And not to damp your spirit @CanadaExbut if you lucky yes few days maybe weeks if you not as lucky as me which I did same process as you, you will wait for a while. I am still awaiting decision since my interview January 13th. I was just told by tier 2 officer and given a ticket # that my local office is the one to take a look and figure it why it has taken over 172 days. Good luck
  5. It has exceed 120 days, note I mentioned I interviewed January 13th. Today is July 6th which makes roughly 174 days if my math is correct. It is looking like that is the route I may end up, I just wanted to see if anyone ever received such message because sounds to me the hold up is at my local office for some strange reason.
  6. Afternoon everyone, Anyone ever received this after submitting inquiry? After careful review of your inquiry, we determined that your issue will be best addressed by the USCIS office processing your case; therefore, we are forwarding your inquiry to the Oakland Park Field Office. The referral ID for this inquiry is T1F1xxxxxxxxxx. The Oakland Park Field Office will contact you concerning your case once they have reviewed your inquiry. I had interviewed back in January and the officer said everything looks good great they just need to wait for background and I should get a date for oath since then nothing. I submitted inquiry through the tool and I got the above. I also got through to a tier 1 officer who told me nothing could be done since my they still within my priority date to even inquire. June 1 2021 N400 submission Biometric reused Jan 13 2022 interview Been in country since 2008 came as F1, married 2012 got greencard and temporary removed 2015 if am correct. Thanks
  7. Oh okay, I don't know what the delay is on mine honestly, I actually got my greencard back when I applied 2012 in weeks like quick but this is taking so long and am getting worried because I am all for if denial just inform me.dont drag and waste my time for. Months you know.
  8. @prok have you gotten any decision yet? I had called and am waiting for tier 2 officer to call me back. I went to my local office even though i knew they dont allow infopass anymore the security officer was actually very nice maybe becase he say my county badge. He tried calling officer who interviewed me to see if she can at least come give me an idea unfortunately she was not available or around. My question to anyone who may know, those the priority date applies to the day you applied? And does that also carry over even after interview and you waiting decision?. I ask this because I know somewhere in thier policy they ask for at least 120 days to make a decision but when I mentioned that to the tier one officer he stated yes but I still could not inquire to expedite since my priority date is November. I interviewed back in January 13th so am literally 6 months passed due a decision.
  9. You are not bothering me at all, I think that's why we are all here. So far still no luck. I haven't heard anything I am currently way passed the 120 days. My status still shows scheduled for interview but now the days has dropped to 12 days to make decision which I doubt that makes any difference. I am waiting for next month to see if I can make InfoPass but I am trying to let the days lapse to zero first at least.
  10. I know that feeling very very frustrating but am hanging in there and waiting to see.
  11. I am in your same boat brother, I applied back in June of 2021, went for interview January 14th of 2022 passed everything and was told decision couldn't be made also 5 year rule. Last week made 120 days and my status now says 22 days to make decision even though it is still stuck on Interview has been scheduled since December
