I don't know if I'm a God like you when it comes to law enforcement but I will try to give my 2 cents about this topic. I'm a criminal justice major, and do plan on becoming a police officer. I can honestly say that if it was me in this situation, I would be shooting to protect my life, not really thinking about how I should maybe shoot him in the kneecaps. If you are ever getting beat down in the middle of the street by 2 people, please send us a video of how you diffused this situation. I would love to learn from a master!!

I can't overlook the possibility that this was some dumb hillbillly who couldn't tell the difference between Sikh and Muslims, and this was most likely a hate crime.

Don't want to start anything but my personal opinion;
1) Stop being so nice and bomb the ####### out of the Pakistan/Afghanistan border where they know there's obvious terrorist activity. I personally do not give a sing ####### about terrorist's wives and children because they will most likely grow up to be terrorists. My family's safety comes before any terrorists that's for sure.
2) Afghanistan was basically wasted effort, since when the US moved it's attention to Iraq, Al-Qaeda made a strong comeback.
3) Don't want my friends and family losing their life over people who don't want us over there.

This has to be a joke.. lol. Are you really serious? First of all, you have no case AT ALL. The U.S. government isn't liable for non-citizen's deaths in their own countries. I have many friends that are over in Iraq and Afghanistan right now, if they, USCs, wouldn't be able to sue the government, why would non-citizens? Why you may not agree with the United States occupation of Iraq, could you please answer a question for me? How would the Iraqi government react to the same story?
