hi @elizrobert1121 you’re mother is suppose to be the one filling out the form but you can fill it out on her behalf. you are the “child” of your mom so choose the option “child” from the drop down

You can call or email them to ask them to update your address and email address.
NVC can help you in several things like What, How, Why... but they cannot answer some questions like:
 
- When will my PD become current?
- What is the average wating time of my case or this preference?
- When will you finish review my case?
- When will I get the interview letter? (if your PD is not current)
 
In summary, they cannot answer a question about time such as When, How long.
Because no one can predict something in the future, and they have no rights to tell you their prediction.
If they tell you something like "you may get the interview next year", and it won't happen, they will be sued and fired so no one can help you in question like that (even they know something).
That's why sometimes you get an answer in general like "see the visa bulletin on website" and that's all.

VOH just today! We had a little bit of delay due to 221g- NBI clearance with AKA per marriage certificate. so glad that the embassy thing was over & mom finally got her visa.

just hang in there and pray, everything will be okay.  wait for the ds261 form to become available online. mine took 5 days with weekends and holiday before the form became clickable but that was 4 months ago. it might be longer or shorter this time.

      after i got my case # & IID # i fiiled out the ds-261 form choice of agent and on the following day, i called nvc to verify the choice of agent and paid the AOS fee after. 

today is my mom’s birthday and we got an email from nvc stating the date and time of her visa interview. Her interview will be on July 10, 2018 at US embassy manila.

chest x-ray, blood test, urinalysis, visual acuity, physical exam and history of immunization. It depends on what pre existing condition, if it is tuberculosis and hasn’t been treated then it would be a concern.

I would follow the checklist in the link above to the letter. It is very specific and I see absolutely no reason to send more than what is specifically asked for. We have already sent utility bills, checking account statements etc. We wouldn't have gotten this far if that information had not been satisfactory. You will find plenty of well-meaning folks in these forums that advocate and indeed comment as to how many "pounds" of evidence they sent. This is ridiculous. Send what they ask for nothing more nothing less. I have followed this philosophy since K1 and have never had an RFE, interview or any problems at all.

I think now is not the time to skimp on evidence . I would send every page of every bank account and credit card you have. Starting from the date your wife came to the current month. Maybe highlight which are your checks being deposited and which is hers. Make a note of which transactions are for what utilities. Note which transaction is for her cell phone and yours or if together note that. Now is the time to explain every transaction to show mingling of money and to prove you are not keeping separate accounts.

Filling out form for removal of conditions for my wife. I have an adult son from a previous marriage. Do i, or should I list him on this form? My guess is the USCIS only cares about any children between my current wife and I and we have none. I just dont want to have this thing returned for omitting something. Thanks for any comments
