I filed 6 months ago and still didn't hear anything from vermont office. I check my case status almost everyday hoping I will see something new but still the same "saying they are doing a check background on me and on my husband. Really 6 mnths for a check background. I don't know why it is taking so long. I missed my husband so much and I want him here next to me hhh. Hope everyone will hear good news very soon.

I didn't understand u when u said" the embassy will not give my fiancé an interview date until he mails all the requested docs to the embassy (including what I have to send him)" my questions are what docs ur fiance need to mail the embassy & what was the Docs u had to send him if u don't mind...Thx

Thx AnalajiaAbdeen & no problem for saying Fiancé. It did help me Ur respenses. The forms u were talking about are DS-230 & DS-3032 that my husband need to complete & sign them Then send them back to me here in USA or do u think I can just complete them online & email them to be more faster. For me the only form I need ti complete is I-864 my 3 years taxes & my work letter Isn't. I'm just trying to be more prepared before my husband gets a letter from them...

Nice to meet u too AnalajiaAbdeen. Yes I got the APPROVAL letter Yesterday 12/01/12 in the mail. I'm happy & confused it says they send the approval visa to the NVC in New Hampshire & they will contact my husband in a Minimum of 30 days. I was wondering what should we prepare before my husband gets any mail...Thanks for the reply

I hope so too, I checked my case status it says {{On November 28, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
