YAY called NVC now, was told my IV Package was reviewed today & accepted. Therefore my case is completed & waiting for Interview date. I'm happy now. Good luck evereyone

Back home from work now because of Low blood pressure, Dizziness & nauseous, thinking of my husband a lot & when we are going to get approved. Hope will be feeling better soon & hear good news too...

Our case is simple enough...but it has been a hard road..we were married april last year and I returned in June Pregnant with our daughter..I didnt have the money to file for us until Oct. and my doctor had advised me that my pregnancy was a high risk and would have to be a c section due to the baby getting to large and not turning..so I filled a expeditie medical emergency request..its been awful..that was on Nov 5...I had our daughter on Nov 19..she was a month early..I contacted USCIS abou...

I swear everyday my heart gets heavier.. I am happy for all the couples who received approval... but I cannot help but be envious too.. some applied after us and have received approval..even at the Vermont Service Center.. Maybe because they had an attorney file.. I am not sure.. but still with a heavy heart and waiting an eternity just to have my love, my best friend, my soul next to me.. Really Vermont.. Why?????

I'm so frustrated & anxious, got the 2nd mail from Morocco & still waiting for the 1st mail which has the DS-230 signed from my husband. It is so weird it was 1 week apart from the 2 mails however I got the 2nd and not the 1st. I think it got lost so I told my husband to resend me another one. Hopefully I'll received it by saturday because this made my NVC late with 10 days wait...

I really hope I don't get a RFE for my husband BC. I think it would be unfair because it wasn't one of the items to be included in the I130 package.

I have been checking the immigration website every night since I've gotten my NOA1 to see if my receipt case number shows up. And FINALLY tonight, the number is in their system & it comes up. It finally shows that it's in INITIAL REVIEW. Well, I am content to know that they do have my application and everything else & just wait and see just how soon they will approve us. INSHALLAH
