I got 2 different emails from the NVC about paying the AOS bill and to send the DS-3032 so I just went online & I was able to pay the $88 fee but didn't send the DS-3032 because I already did send it on DEC 12 by email. My question is should I resend it one more time or NO?

Now just a broken heart.. I see others that have received approvals with receipt days around mine.. i just cannot comprehend how different service centers process the same applications but can have them processed and approved in 3 months but it will take VERMONT 10 MONTHS TO PROCESSS THE SAME APPLICATION!!!!!.. why is Vermont so inefficient???.. How about some retraining from the other service centers.. maybe they need to learn efficiency!!!

Called the NVC again today, lady said the same thing we received it on Dec 05th allow us 10 to 15 days for the case number to be assigned...I said ok sure but I'm not going to listen to what she said bcz I'll be calling everyday till get my case number oh yeah I'll for sure...Wish me luck

Ok Vermont Service Center you have been forwarned.. Monday is 5 months according to the USCIS website come Monday I should be notified.. if NO response by Monday.. You will be receiving a phone call!!!! So you better answer!!

Ok this has to be my week!!! After all my hard work I am GRADUATING with my BA on Friday The NOA2 approval notice would be a great gift!!!!

I am new to this and I check my case status everyday and I miss being apart from my husband! I am realizing now reading everyone's story that it will be a while for me to get my NOA2. Boy was I naive to think this immigration process is short.

I just called the NVC he told me that they received the package on DEC 5th & it is in the building..He wanted me to allow them some days but I will call them back on Monday... YAY

I filed 6 months ago and still didn't hear anything from vermont office. I check my case status almost everyday hoping I will see something new but still the same "saying they are doing a check background on me and on my husband. Really 6 mnths for a check background. I don't know why it is taking so long. I missed my husband so much and I want him here next to me hhh. Hope everyone will hear good news very soon.
