i searched EXP 04 MAR2013A, under Egypt, but if I search under all locations it doesn't show. Strange!

Now I got to call NVC and see if its mine-- prolly not but I'll keep dreaming till the operator crushes my dream.

I called this morning and it was a "no" then. Nothing is recorded from DHL either. I know Egypt punctuality is completely different than the western definition. I will be patient and call tomorrow, God-willing.

March 9 is my one year wedding anniversary. Please please may I have this for my anniversary gift? An interview date <3

Oh YAY!!!! DEBBIE, You have finally finally FINALLY got there!!! I am as excited for you as if its my own day scheduled.

I'm so happy the dates are rolling in now. I am afraid I won't here a date until April at this time since you end of January peeps are just getting yours.

On DHL you would click on Track by shipper's reference / put in shippers reference box EXP 01 MAR 2013A and choose ur destination. If a package was sent out it will appear on the next screen.If you know the date it was sent out back date as in my other examples.

Just to expand on that-- from the main page you must click on "more tracking options" which is below the enter your tracking number option. Its not really a stand-out link. After you get to that page, you can find the 'shippers reference'.

I don't know ####### from tat here, but I just had a thought. Maybe calling a congressman could ensure better treatment and that they take into account the law and paperwork?

Okay...so I know I'm not going to be a March interview but still, I emailed the Egyptian consulate about this page:

It has the interview schedule for interviews in Cairo. It says if this page isn't updated weekly, email us and let us know. So, I emailed them to tell them it hasn't been updated for an entire month.

Hello everyone! Case approved at USCIS and waiting on an NVC case number! Looks like this is the most confusing part of the IR1/CR1 Journey! Best of luck to everyone!

I do have a question, does the "automated NVC system" no longer work? I can only speak to a person during their hours, otherwise nothing, no option for a case status, contrary to the wiki articles here on VJ.

Feb. 24, 2013 Case Complete and I woke up today, March 1, 2013 to an official CC email.

So...5 days? They are on the ball this week.

NVC Supervisor called me and said my DS-3032 is approved, and to send my papers,

I FedEx shipped them overnight. Glad to be EXPEDITED!

lol, I am just like you. Everyone of my mails to NVC/USCIS have been overnight next day. But I can understand why not everyone sends it that way, it can get expensive. Plus, like you said, some are just more patient with things than others. Good luck and hope your IV/AOS gets accepted without a hitch!!

I spent the extra too- Expedite deliver the next day other wise I wouldn't sleep wondering where my stuff was!

I actually got an email from NVC today saying they completed my case, even though I called and got case complete Feb 24. I think its because I sent an email asking something about my case 2 weeks ago.

Its like the flippin case complete you never know. And up until a few months back (Lord I have been at NVC too long) only EP folks got a Case Complete letter. Now it seems like the majority of folk get the letter. Albeit a week or so later.

The interview letter could come hours after they schedule or days. And well we are VP peeps we have a need to know now. hehe. I say friday the 1st I I bet we start hearing some joy.

Seems like its been awhile since any interview updates. There has to be a batch of them coming soon.

I keep having the song "Its the Final Countdown" running through my head.

It wouldn't belong to no one here. We don't have our interviews yet. Only after assignment do our cases get shipped off.

I was curious how this part worked-- if they are more prompt in telling you your interview is schedule or if you have to call every day less they take for ev errrrr. Ah well..wishful thinking that maybe someone got an interview.
