How about a simple phone call to an immigration attorney...they are known for doing magic....They know how to fly around existing loopholes. don't waste any more time on such a complex issues where bunch of us dilettantes are trying to figure
(and yes, some of us I know have dealt with difficult situations but still, we are all amateurs- undersigned included)

Yes, I think you should go ahead and apply for afvance parole. We did not apply for it either when submitting the i-485 (Sept 25, 2012)and didnt dream it would take this long. I have read that you can apply to your local field office and get a quicker response for advance parole. I think we're looking at maybe July before we hear anything and you are about a month behind us if yours is being processed by the NBC. Good luck to you and keep us informed...

CSC : All Time AVG 112 days ; last 12 months 132 days ; Last 6 months 152 days and last 90 days 146 days on average to NOA2
VSC : All Time AVG 110 days ; last 12 months 133 days ; Last 6 months 135 days and last 90 days 139 days on average to NOA2

don't loose hope, I've just found one approval from today for January 3! and I just started checking the numbers... will keep you updated they are working people! That's a good sign

I won't be disappointed unless things continue at this pace on Thursday and Friday. I expected today to be a little slow and tomorrow hopefully an improvement. I'm sure either people took an extra day of vacation. Or they've returned to work and are still mentally on vacation...ha
