    Looking at all these posts for us May 2012 filers makes me feel happy that you guys have seen this through and are now with your loved ones :)

    As for me, i am still trying to find inner peace and trying to move on with my life. Im sure one day I will be back to normal, but my road to recovery is long and bumpy.

    As for you guys though, you guys were really tested and pushed to the limit. And your love is so strong that you guys have made it out the other side and you are now together forever! Congratulations again! :)

    I could really do with some help right now. I dunno what to do or who to turn to.

    However, I have discovered that she is not who she claims to be. She has used the name Maria, but after doing research (suspicions came to me when things didn't clock, such as lack of money, no word on our NOA2 etc...) she has other MySpace and Twitter accounts with her picture on it called Stephanie.

    I questioned her about it, apparently her ex set that up so he could spy on her (?!).

    Fair enough. But those profiles had pictures of HER on it with another man. Her husband actually! Looking this up they filed for divorce last year. Then she changed her story saying that the girl in those pictures are her cousin....

    Sure, ok. But thats not all. Stephanie is another alias. Her real name is Melinda! She is a criminal and has charges of fraud against her name! Not only that she is 12 years older than what I thought she was!

    I don't know what her motive is. Im more scared than anything. I fell in love with Maria, not Stephanie or Melinda!

    Not only that, she is claiming disability benefit using her alias name, not her real one! She is committing more fraud!

    Should I report this to my police station or go straight to my US Embassay?!

    Im so hurt, confused, angry and scared. Please advise me

    Hi guys,

    Long time no hear. Sorry I haven't got back to you, a lot has happened to me recently.

    My fiancee has been lying to me all this time we have been together. I have found evidence that she has been living a lie and been lying to me for no reason. She lives her life under 3 different names, lying about her finances and her family. She has manipulated me to staying with her because she is alone and has no family. But she did not need to lie because I loved her anyway.

    Did she lie about the cancer? I don't know. More importantly did she lie about sending off the petition? She will not say either way.

    What I do know is that I had to break up with her, cancer or not, because she had no reason to lie and gave her plenty of opportunity to confess. She has yet to confess anything, and I doubt that she ever will. I have even offered to stay as friends to be there for her if she does have cancer, but she threw it back in my face and said either we are together or my death will be on your conscience (meaning she was going to kill herself).

    Thus, I have no idea if this petition is in the pipeline. I did all that hardwork for nothing. But at least the truth is out (well, its not, but she has yet to prove anything to me about her ID, finances, doctor reports etc...). It has taken a while for me to come to terms to this.

    I have lost my fiancee and best friend. I will always love her for who she is, not what she made herself to be.

    How to ask for a Service Request?

    Hi there,

    Probably a silly question I know (and yes I did try and search for previous topics but I could not find any answers).

    It has been 203 days since we sent off our I-129F petition. It has gone a little over the predicted notification date my timeline says. My fiance's health is getting worse and I am getting fed up with all the BS USCIS agents tell us.

    I have heard you can put in a service request. Is it possible to do that being the BENEFICIARY? Such as, is there an email address from which I can request them to look into this? The petitioner is not able to since she has had to fly out of her state for emergency operation(s).

    Hi guys,

    Just thought I'd keep you posted. Maria had to go into the ER. According to her 'doctor' the drugs he was giving her was 'experimental'. I say that loosely because he never told us that is was experimental!!!

    It has had an adverse affect on her and instead of reducing the fluid from her system it has increased! She was in hospital last weekend as they were draining the fluid out of her brain and testing the enzymes to see if there is another tumour growing again.

    She has another appointment this weekend, so I have decided to fly over this Friday (21st) until the new year so I can look after her and be there for Christmas and my birthday (1st time for both yay!)

    I will try and keep everyone posted, but if I don't I hope y'all (trying to be Southern!!) have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!

    Congrats on those who have made it this far!! It does bring me a little joy and hope that my comrades are getting through this process! I am hoping to get my packet when I come home (YEAH RIGHT!!!!)

    Just an update. Still no word of NOA2 or change in status online. Our service request deadline is December 20th so if no answer by then we'll call again. I really wonder what could be the holdup. 216 days of waiting and counting.

    How does one do a service request?

    GUYSSSSSSS I CAN'T BELIEVE MYSELF IT FINALLY HAPPENED AND I GOT ITTTTTTTTTTTT. IT HAPPENED TWO DAYS AGO AND I WASN'T EVEN AWARE. I WAS LOSING HOPE TO THE POINT WHERE I WAS JUST NOT CHECKING USCIS ANYMORE. AND I GOT NO EMAILS AND I PUT IN MY RECEIPT NUMBER TODAY AND IT SAID I WAS APPROVED ON DEC. 10TH. I WAS IN SCHOCK. I WAS SERIOUSLY SOO DEPRESSED BUT THANK GOD. GOD IS GREAT.

    How did you get to that? Did you call them and did they tell you? Just wondering :)

    Well last week we called twice in one day.

    One agent said that they will post the NOA2 next week, the other said that they posted it three weeks ago to the wrong address and that we had to pay them $170 so they can resend it.

    Complete ####### we though, so spoke to a supervisor who said that due to the backlog, we are looking around January time until we hear anything :(

    Every time I call I get a different answer! How can they do this in good conscience? Really!

    LOL!! Trust me I have had my issues with USCIS.

    At the same day my fiancee caleld them twice.

    One person said the NOA2 will be sent of next Friday.

    The other person said that they sent it 3 weeks ago but because they sent it to a different address and the ocupants did a RTS (Return To Sender), they said she had to pay $170 for it to be sent again.

    Still no word of our NOA2.

    Moral of the story? Trust no one. Even the VJ timelines cannot be accurate for everyone. Try and be patient your time will come :)
