Day 194 - No NOA2 (VSC). Found out that all USCIS agents have been lying to us. Spoke to supervisor, sincerely apologising for our situation. Looks like we won't get our NOA2 until mid-January. At least we planned our wedding for May/June 2013 period! Fiancee still ill from having chemothrapy though

Day 189 - No NOA2 (VSC). Called USCIS, giving us completely different stories. Either they will send it by this Friday, or they have already sent it 3 weeks ago to the wrong address and have to pay $200 to send it again? Plus their NOA1 they gave us doesn't work on their USCIS number. Pissed off, crying, emotional, can't eat or sleep. Nightmare.

what $200 more for THEIR fault?? that is insane makes no sense! Already with everything we have to pay and $200 because they send it to the wrong address. Ok I'm worried now. My NOA1 receipt number doesn't work it says the case is not found. Did you have this problem? I guess Ill call to make sure the receipt number works :/

A few people I have spoken to have said that their NOA1 number doesn't work on the USCIS website, so try not to stress about it just give them a call if you are the petitioner. It's bull ####### about my fiancee having to pay that much just for them to send the letter again registered mail! She is very ill right now and I just want to be by her side, and them lying to us doesn't help our situation!

161 Days and still no sign of NOA2 (VSC)...

Back from USA. Fiancee cancer condition is more or less the same despite being there for a month. Hang in there baby girl. 126 days and still no update from USCIS, despite our petition being expedited!!!

Thank you I appreciate your concern. It is extremely frustrating seeing her in pain and taking her to the hospital while the USCIS don't give me any information regarding our status of our K1 and they think that that is acceptable.
However glad to know she is making slight improvement and the rest of the May Filers are getting along with their petition fine, includig yours

Hey, sorry it has been a while since I got back to you. Just got back from the USA to see my fiancee. She will need operating in a few weeks time. Very week but happy I went over to see her. But still no news from the USCIS. Its already been 126 days and our petition has been expedited. Doesnt make any sense.

My US fiancee diagnosed with brain tumours (cancerous). I just hope they file our petition asap. Anyone got any suggestions apart from praying?
