even if this is true i say let it be. if you really care for her ignore all that. I mean she is about to leave vietnam permanently and be with you and then you can shower her with love. I don't know how young or impressionable the young lady is but if she is from small village and she moved to busy area its easy for these things to happen. I mean you are not there every day... once she comes over here you will be there for her. worse case she will leave you when she comes but if you love her isn't it worth a try?? once she is here you can really make a proper effort to save your marriage.

my point is that he needs to get the whole story there are alot of assumptions even on your part. Its very easy to run with that. I learn a long time ago to be wary of jumping to conclusions especially on important matters. Its easy to dismiss his wife based on some pictures his cousin took. If she was my wife and i spent all that time and money invested in her you better believe i will be going there myself and get the story. It might be over anyways but for something that important you can't just dismiss it with a picture.
You are telling me if he sees this woman, his wife, here in USA kissing someone in a starbucks with his own eyes he will go immediately to his lawyer and file for divorce???
This is his wife not a slave he bought. She deserve to be heard and for his own piece of mind he should at least listen to what she have to say.

well i think its a no brainer the petitioner should be paying the fees. I mean you will one way or the other. If you don't pay upfront then you will pay afterwards by all those money orders you will be sending for his/her upkeep.
