washington1972 reacted to goodlucklife in New Message when checking your case status
When I logged in to check my case status, a new message is red was at the top of the page.
"Expect a 30-45-day delay between when your application or petition is filed and when your information is available in Case Status Online, depending on the volume of applications USCIS receives."
Thoughts?

washington1972 got a reaction from AmberOctober in question about evidence
are you applying for naturalization through marriage to a USC spouse ?
it depends how did you entered the states,
i couldn't see your time line to learn more about your history,
but I was guessing you are the beneficiary applying thorough your USC spouse,
when I interviewed for my naturalization,I was asked to provide at least 4 evidence for ongoing relationship between me and my USC spouse,
I had 3 things that time after I passed the test the officer asked me to mail him more.

washington1972 reacted to Darnell in my fiancee visa expired from jordon. help
i have another thought, however malformed...
have him stay in the USA.
keep him in the USA.
Seriously, tie some 200 kilogram weights to each ankle, have him stay here.
Whilst he's tied down, get the divorce paperwork finalized from Jordon, and in your hand.
Once it's in your hand, untie one weight from one ankle, get him to the courthouse and marry.
Once you have a marriage certificate in hand, FILE the Adjustment of Status paperwork (review the guide section here for all the scoop)
then
once his green card shows up, then (and only then) untie the 2nd weight from his ankle.
He's in an overstay now - and it will be forgiven once he has his green card in his hand.
If he leaves the USA now, he'll be hit with a 3 year ban and can't come back until after 3 years from his departure date.

washington1972 got a reaction from Demmy in +$20,000 requirement for the military petitioner
If you, the sponsor, are on active duty in the Armed Forces of the United States, and the immigrant you are sponsoring is your spouse or child, your income only needs to equal 100 percent of the U.S. poverty level for your family size, which is around 16.000 for two people
