No offense, but theres something a little off about your fiances story. He believed his wife and child were deceased, yet continuously said yes on his visa applications. (claiming it was an emotional issue, even though he had a death certificate) Then when it came time to obtain the transcript, he had to have someone else obtain it for him, because he couldnt get off work... The death certificate he also had then turns out to be fake as well.
So now you have a fiance in possession of a two fake death certificates and two fake transcripts and there is NO sign of the wife or the child. He is claiming complete ignorance as to how these fake documents came about into his possession and youre posting how do I secure a future with this man??

Hey SweetDelish! I'm doing good thank you. My fiancee had got the confirmation that she is in remission and is cancer free. However she has an amount of fluid excess in her head that has built up due to the chemotherapy but apart from that she is doing good.
My fiancee called the USCIS and apparently my letter from the US embassy should be with me at some point next week, which means we have our NOA2 (I think?). We haven't had the email, text or letter confirming our petition approval, so still playing the waiting game and not giving my hopes up until we get either letter lol

How can you have one when you, as you stated, just met her and are just now planning to visit her, never have visited her ever and are now planning to file the petition to be allowed for her to immigrate to the US and for you two to marry? Maybe everything is too quick and too soon for you guys? Just saying based on what you said.

Someone is going out of their way to make a straw-man rape accusation against a man who used perfectly reasonable wording to express a wife's refusal to consummate the marriage. He obviously knows he is not entitled to have sex against her will, because he didn't. So why are you pretending he needs to be told that? He is choosing to separate from her.
Actually, the law is clear that neither man nor woman is entitled to marriage without consummating it, all over the world. The irony is that YOU are the one who needs to be told that sex is an integral part of marriage, actually a formal part of the definition. That is why an annullment rather than divorce can be based upon a refusal to consummate.
So now to pre-empt what is obviously going to be your pet response: didn't you know that sex is something men and women share mutually? I am tired of your attitude that it is something women just do to men against their will.

I usually don't offer my personal opinions on here since everyone has one you know. But I agree with your comment about the commodity. The post struck me the same way. I am trying to be patient waiting for my NOA2, and looking forward to my financee being here and marrying. But I think we all should realize Filipinas are people with hearts, souls, minds, feelings, families etc. and should offer our love and support if we are fortunate enough to find that special someone who is willing to leave their homes and lives and move to a foreign country. I feel sorry for the OP that his situation turned out to be less than ideal, but IMO, just "get another one", seems very condesending and sounds as though this could be an item for purchase rather than a fellow human being. Ok I've said my peace and hope the OP is able to find a positive resolution for an unfortunate situation.

Dude, you don't need to keep posting back-to-back like that. This isn't an instant messaging program, it's a messageboard forum. If you need to post more within a few minutes, use the edit function under your post instead of continuing to make new posts. Your NOA2 will happen when it happens, spewing posts in here won't make it go any faster. Look at me: September was when I got notice of a RFE. It took them over three weeks to get around to realizing they sent it to my physical address after I corrected them three times about the correct mailing address. They got my response to the RFE on the 12th. I'm still waiting for them to do something with it. Instead of obsessively freaking out and posting every single day that nothing happens, I'm waiting, biding my time, and making plans for both my fiancee's visit at the end of the year if he's not yet approved, and for me to go be with her at the interview when we eventually have it.
Take a couple of deep breaths, calm down, and relax. Make your plans for the future, once the waiting is done. It'll happen soon enough and you'll be just fine.
