Called USCIS today. At this point I think its just for kicks to see what story Im going to get today. Didnt even speak to a tier 2 just let the tier 1 guy give me the run around. He didnt just read off his script though which was kind of amusing. They recieved my case 9/17/2012 and I processed a service request 3/17/2013 to which I got the answer that they couldnt give me any idea of when things would go through. So I asked the guy ont he phone when I could submit another and he said April 17...

Your petition is still pending consideration. We regret that we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will complete the review of your pettiion. I dont know what the point of a service request is when they give you NOTHING.

Just got off the phone with USCIS Tier 2 and was told they are working July instead of like the previous tier 2 told me sep WHAT THE HECK PEOPLE. Does noone know anything? Is this process all about giving up before you get the good news? Is that what I need ot do just lose faith and give up? Im so effin frustrated. FINALLY for all these other people while some of us rot.

Well, I was able to submit an e-request today about being past posted processing time. Dont know if it will help but it shouldnt hurt.

Checked my case status today and it doesnt have the usual buttons. It just has Acceptance and Initial Review (Highlighted for me) Anybody else experiencing this?

Called USCIS today and spoke with an ISO. Asked if I could file a service request seeing as we are coming up on the six month mark. She said at this time it would be useless as the service center we are considered under is processing September 12th cases and ours was recieved on the 17th. So she said very soon. Please God dont just let this person be blowing smoke up my bum.

Hubby visited for a week...was SO GOOD to be with him after a year. We went to our infopass appointment and pretty much all we got was well...maybe itll be this long...or maybe itll be this long. No answers whatsoever.

Staring down the 5 month mark...looking forward to my hubbys vist in February...Hoping for approval while hes here so we can celebrate.

I got burglarized :/ So I ended up having to cancel. Im going to try and reschedule for when my husband is here in February visiting hoping that us together will be helpful. Ready for this year to upswing!
