We jumped through every hoop known to man I think. We had checklist after checklist and they made mistake after mistake with our case. Its been such an emotional ride. Of course right now Im just wondering whats next. Port of entry questions and what to do when he gets here. I like to be prepared lol.

Well they gave us a delay :/ But its only a minor one. I guess he didnt have enough time left on his current passport before it expired so he just has to send proof of renewal and we are good ^-^

The more I read the more confused and stressed Im getting :/ Anyone that can help me prepare for my husbands interview thats gone through it already? I ave anxiety disorder so this is sort of taking a toll worrying so much.

Case completed at NVC as of February 21st. Now to wait for our interview.

Called NVC and spoke to a supervisor they are trying to tell me to disregard the checklist I just recieved saying that its just automatically generated

Another checklist with all the same things on it :c I dont understand whats going on! They said my marriage certificate isnt right. I sent them MY ORIGINAL Marriage Certificate....A certified copy I had to pay for from the courthouse and an extra copy just so they had it. They said I didnt sign my Sponsor Contract when I did. All of a sudden they are saying my co sponsor did not sign his contract even though that didnt show up on the first checklist they sent me. I sent them my co sponsor...

Yeah I just had to walk away from it all I was getting so frustrated...like my life is centered around all these ludicrous policies and procedures. One of my checklists included his birth certificate and his police certificate both of which w sent originals. I had to have them review it which took MORE time and then they go...Oh sorry we made a mistake.

Stuck in checklist hell. An update since Ive been so quiet. We've had to protest numerous times to get things corrected. Husband is coming to visit for Christmas since it seems things are taking even longer than expected. Congrats to all of you coming closer to the end as well

Hey hun I had to fill out a DS-261 today cause the Choice Of Agent email I sent them didnt count I guess. I just went to the ceac website and signed in and oof there was my Ds-261 saying Not Completed. So maybe check that out if you have no received your IV Invoice yet.

Called NVC today to see why my IV had not been invoiced yet. Turns out the Ds-3032 email we had sent out in June and recieved confirmation of recieving didn't count. So all this time they were waiting on our choice of agent >.
