eaglewest got a reaction from OrderofProtection in Advice Needed.. 5 months no NOA2
I don't understand how people can be so impatient at times. We know that it can be quick as it can be late, so why not give it to nearly 6 months and see what happens. It is more likely that after 5 months or nearly 6 months it will be worked on and this happens in a lot of cases. They are under much pressure from all applications and cases being sent everyday. I hope people will consider this fact, instead of driving themself crazy and frustrated over this process.

eaglewest got a reaction from Harpa Timsah in Non-Legal Social Weddings
Due to your post, the fact is you definitely got married, but did not register with indonesian government. To prevent yourself from violating the term of K1 visa, you should choose spousal visa. Remember that consulates and consular officers knows well about the custom and culture in countries they work.

eaglewest got a reaction from Ivie & Eguagie in Questions Filling Up G-325a and I-129f Form
First, you should read the instruction of the I-129f. Give all answers completely that apply to you. For the question that doesn't apply to you, just write N/A. Don't be overthinking too much.

eaglewest got a reaction from L+T in Request for Help
You just did not read the instruction for I-129F, they did listed everything that you could of sent with the petition forms itself. They can deny your petition and you need to apply again with all of the proof and whatever needed to meet the requirement.

eaglewest got a reaction from cdneh in no NOA2?
RickJovi, there is nothing wrong with your comment. I understood your point. Yes, we have a long time to wait and we should be well prepared for what comes next. Thanks to USCIS for their hard works as we know there are many thousands upon thousands of petitions they've been working on.
