you cannot just assumed what your rfe until you see your hard copy. maybe you just forget to check the yes OR no for background check or maybe forgot to sign any forms...who knows? right now just be ready..my advice for sending your RFE use overnight w/signature waiver due to po box. goodluck

Okay here's the thing. Let say his complaining of you being so loud and moody!!! Hey to be honest maybe I am worse than you girly lol even if Im not pregnant sometimes I act moody...yah esp. If Im about to get my period lol nobody want to mess w/me just joking lol
But thank god my future husband has this patience for me. (God bless his heart and soul)
anyways my advice don't jump in a conclusion....your pregnant...you guys will have baby soon....right now just try to relax and talked to him when you guys are both calm...talked things out...breaking up is not the answer for relationship problem.

Passport with visa is separated from the Do Not Open package. Remember the recipient of the passport should check the visa to see if the info on it is correct as well as recipient needs to use the passport to check in at the airport & used at the chosen US POE so the passport must be in its own package separate from the special envelope. Both collected at the same time.

nope i think you'll get deny....few months ago i file for expedite with same reason..it was deny...to make things worst seems that they hold my case longer lol i tried 2x no luck...unless i guess my fiance body will be found floating somewhere probably they will consider it lol

You should base the medical exam on when you want him to arrive in the USA... he must arrive within 6 months of the exam date.
I would NOT wait until closer to the interview date, personally. Better to find out sooner rather than later if further medical needs arise, such as sputum testing or other.

really sad. but like the saying "things happen for a reason"...as long they are safe...it doesn't matter if their schedule takes months and months. what will they do if something terrible happen...their visa/s will be useless.

I thought the online option was easy, and when I did it it was just the first month of that site so hopefully all the bugs are fixed. based from experience, it takes a while to get thru the phone.. online is fast plus you can see all the available dates right away.

are you sure it's not an RFE?? request for evidence?? i don't think they will deny your case without futher info that they need from you.
anyways nothing is sure this time until you received your letter from uscis...if your right your I-129F was deny i suggest calling your senator or congress office for help..goodluck

Hi, I was going crazy calling NVC everyday and I had given up when I had saw this on a post from another person and decided to give it a try. I went to www.dhl.com clicked Express then Tracking, then Track by Shipper's Reference, on this page you add your search info..You change the day and month to what you think your's might have left NVC
EXAMPLE:
* Shipper´s Reference : EXP 24 MAR 2011A
* Date range for shipment - From: 23 - 03 - 2011
* Date range for shipment - To: 26 - 03 - 2011
Account Number - Leave this blank
Shipment Destination: Egypt / You Choose your Country
The day I was trying this I saw a package had left for Egypt. I thought could that be our's? I called the NVC and I was told our package had gone out. The one I had saw was our's I was so happy. I just checked our's it's at the Sorting Center in Egypt now, it's moving fast
Someone with the example date I made up above for the country of Egypt has a package going to Egypt now as you will see if you try this.
