  1. ours were seperated and my husband had to go in and demand an answer. We all ended up with different NVC numbers but all got sent the same interview time and date so figure that means they ended up together at some point

So they stayed seperate all the way until the interview date? Did he have to pay seperate AOS fees etc or single fee combining all 3?

  2. My wife and stepdaughters all have new Dominican passports. We were just married in the beginning of this month and the passports were issued in December. My question is as follows: If my wife's passport shows her maiden last name (meaning my last name isn't present on the document) will she have to get a new passport or will it be fine since her Green Card will have her pic and info on it as well? Her cedula and drivers licence from DR also have her maiden name. Thanks in advance.

  3. If I file 3 i130 forms for my wife and two stepdaughters will they be joined into a single case? I received my NOA1 for all the i130 forms already (the email and text but not physically) but they were listed as separate receipts. I would like to know if after NOA2 will I receive a single case # and if I will have the interview appointments for the same time? Girls are 7 and 11 if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance

Buena suerte..

  5. I just received my 3 emails for my 3 i130s that i mailed in on the 22nd of this month. email reads as follow..

  6. As far as the money orders you would send those with your paperwork. The i864 doesn't have to be included with your i130. That will be sent in after you get your i130 approved and you pay the AOS fee of $88 I believe. As far as combining your income I think you will need a joint sponsor for your wife. I just attached the 2012 poverty level chart which is the basis for what your income must be inorder to satisfy the requirements regarding affidavit of support. It must be 125% of the numbers listed on the chart. I hope I have helped at least answering some of your questions.

  7. You will see that for 2012 the numbers have changed. If it will just be your wife and yourself it will be approximately $18,912.50 based on 125% of the $15,130 for 2 people in the household. This is considering you are in the 48 contiguous states and DC. Hope this helps. 8. Sorry this scumb bag decided to pull this little stunt. This explains the reasoning behind the extensive interviews etc etc. You will be ok although you may not think so right now and he will get what he truly deserves. Maybe not right now or tomorrow but in due time. I also want to let you know that not all Dominican men are scumb bags. Keep ur headup ;)
