I had her speak to my ain't who is a judge and as per my aunt no harm will be done as long as he pays, also my aunt told her that the only way it will a effect the visa process is if they put what's called an "impedimento de salidas" which means "exit restriction" that's when it will effect the process.

Also as far as he being in a relationship with your friend that won't affect his child support. The child support is based on his income not his wife or partner.

Still no NOA2 or RFE or anything. Incredible..

I believe the new visa fees will be in effect April 12, 2012. I filed a I-130 petition for mi wife. Will be paying the new fee whic is $230 instead of $330?

I130 is $420. I believe the changes are only for K1 Visas. I'm sorry I was unaware of the reduction for my case as well.

I know it must be hard all of this but its incredible how people can change. I don't think it was an act it has to be change. Once again if you need to talk to someone at anytime feel free to reach out to me. Keep ur head up.
