      Yup. Just make sure you include all pages of the tax return (1040, 1099, etc) as well as the W2s!

    hi guys in doing I-864 do i put iut NVC case number on every document including the I-864 forms??

      Yes, you include the case number on the top-right of every form EXCEPT the bar-coded cover sheet and if you send in a cover letter (optional for both packages).

      EZ is not much different from I-864. Do the I-864 and you can't go wrong.

      if you are the beneficiary then yes it is you. Sorry I assumed you were the petitioner. And yes send to NVC.
