I haven't tried looking on the site in a couple weeks because I got tired of seeing it say that my case couldn't be found.
Well I just checked and it says the following:

On December 11, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
Does this mean no RFEs and we're on to the next phase? I'm completely in shock. My reaction was so messed up that my husband thought something was wrong and I ruined the excitement of the moment because I was freaking out instead of cheering!
I checked for me and both the kids, all have the same note. Am I missing something here or am I good?

finally after 10 months waiting received NOA2,I was sleeping then my husband called me saying honey wake up sweetie we got approved I was speechless thought I was dreaming then waked up at midnight with one eye open and checked the website found case updated and yaaaaaay its true we approved ,thank you my Visajourney fellows you really support me in those hard times some other let me down when I checked their timeline found they get their approval in only 2 or 3 months but thanks God I told my husband before the noa2 even if we received it I wouldn't be happy bec its already past due and the time to be happy is over but when just received it found my eyes drop tears of happiness thanks god :dance:

This is incorrect. You can have the intent to marry, but not stay. It is perfectly fine to get married on a tourist visa. You do not need a K-1 visa to marry in the US; you need it to marry AND STAY. You cannot use a non-immigrant to immigrate to the US, so you cannot have intent to marry and STAY, but the OP doesn't want to stay. You might not want to offer up the information at POE, but if asked, you would say you are getting married and then applying for a CR-1 visa after returning home - which is, incidentally, the TRUTH. Today when I check the page USIS, and I saw that they had changed my state, I was totally surprised, because my timeline was November 24. I'm too happy. I hope that everyone gets faster, visajorney friends.

im going to be frank, im a jamaican man and if your really feeling what you said you are, chances are that your right and its best to end the relationship and withdraw the petition. No normal person in jamaica apply for a Visitor Visa 7 times just because he wants to visit. A friend of mine went twice and he got denied and dont wanna go back.....now 7 times seems a bit strange. All you just need to email the consulate @(KingstonIV@state.gov) and make sure you put in the case# in the subject line telling them you want to case close because you suspect you might be a victim of immigration fraud and they will contact you within a day or two. Makes no sense dealing with that stress in the USA, a lot of these guys dont care, they just want the visa which is a gateway to the US, after which they can survive on their own because of the large jamican community there in places. I was surprise to learn of the amount of undocumented jamaicans living there right now. Thank God for VJ it helps a lot of people to see the light

I don't know if anyone ever petitioned him, he never mentioned it.So if i don't tell him anything , it means i am ending everything. I am going to call him and tell him, i cant continue with him. I just feel so sad and angry of all the time and money wasted, it makes me wonder if i am really doing the right thing.

Each consulate has different queues. It is based on local traffic. People interviewing at your consulate who were finished before you in your category go before you, yes. I fail to see the conspiracy...

Holy cow Aug. 22, 2012 petition finally approved. I was getting ready for bed while talking to my fiance I'm kinda falling asleep.. when he message me non stop and my baby ringtone start to be noisy and woke me up and I can't believe what he said .. and asking if he is joking me.. and said go check it and I did.. I need to make sure I don't scream so loud tho. 'coz neighbors are sleeping. Pay off all the frustrations, up and down emotions. WOW and because I'm so excited I forgot how to post here in Visajourney hahah I spend like 10 mins. to remember how. To all who's waiting .. like my babe said.. "maybe today"

Well, our 2 year old dughter grabbed a blue pen, and decided to scribble the face/picture of her mother's K-1 VISA! We recently got married, but we have to file AOS. We have to send a copy of my wife's K-1 VISA in the AOS packet. But since her face is scribble, will this be a problem? What can we do? Should we be worrying?

Never try to remove marks or other blemishes from either a visa or passport. Both are designed to clearly show any attempt at tampering. I wouldn't be surprised if any attempt at repairing it resulted in the entire background image being removed, leaving only the word "VOID" visible.
The visa is no longer valid anyway. The CBP officer voided it when they put their stamp on it. Just explain what happened. I don't know of any basis for them to deny a green card because an invalid visa has been defaced.

Since you've already used the visa, it is not a big deal. Don't try to alter it any further. Just submit an explanation.

It is on the NOA2. Call the NVC and give them that Number, they will give you the scheduled interview date. Just as in my previous post.
If you have the NOA2, there is a # on that. Call NVC, ask them about your case and you would like to find out interview date. They give you the answer. Once you get your interview date, just follow the directions found within my 3rd link on signature. Rio does not send a package, rather the link that I have copied to my signature. They tell you to follow the directions from that link. Everyone shows up on interview date at the same time. We were there @6:30am and there already was people in line. Went to the interview for my K-1 and my fiancee came with me. When I was called to the window, the consulate pointed to my fiancee sitting down and said she should come up to the window also. (She had seen the photos of us. She asked us:

What was I doing in the USA at the time we met? (I was working on H1-B which I'm sure they knew)
How did we meet?
Where was it?
What attracted me to her?
What do I not like about her?
She asked my fiancee what she loved about me.
What kind of work do you do? (she asked both of us this even after looking at the i-129 why would she ask my fiancee this I'm not sure?)
She asked if we had been together since we met. (we broke up once and told her about it)
Why did you break up? What made you get back together?
How did you enter the USA all those trips? (on VWP - to which she said "oh that's right I was wondering how you entered without a B2" I wasn't sure if she was serious, she forgot about VWP i guess?)
Did you get her a ring? (My fiancee tehn proudly showed her the ring, she seemed uninterested)
Where did you buy the ring?
Did you buy if before or after you applied for the K1?
How did you propose?
Do you have wedding plans?
How many people will be attending your wedding?
What date do you have set?
She then looked through the paperwork and a few more photos. She took my fingerprints and then said "Everything seems to be in order, congratulations your K-1 visa has been approved, we will contact you when it is to be picked up, in about a week or so. Have a nice day"

Yesterday I had the interview in the consulate in RJ, and was a very complicated situation .. I got a consul that didnt know how to speak portuguese and I didnt know how to speak english .. We coulndt have a chat .. Anyways after that she gave me a blue paper telling me i need to show more income proof from my fiance.. But i dont get it .. he gets 55 thousand per year and in the year of 2011 he stayed in brazil for 8 months .. but the tax return of 2010 e 2011 it shows a good income for both of us .. Anyways I left the consul very upset and I didnt know what to do ... I called my fiance and he sent me the pay checks explaining that january till july he made 35 thousand dollars .. i printed and returned to the consul and gave to them ... the guy who works there told me i will get an answer by this thursday telling if was ok or no ..
Im very upset and i need to believe those pay checks was enough .. and i will get the visa .. I already paid the visa and the mail .. just need to receive it at home after they approve these missing documents ..
anybody could help me ??? they will give me a visa after sending those pay checks???

Well we didnt hire him. Was just a free consult. Now after finding out he didnt know the K3 was no longer valid he just saved me money.

First, Congratulations on your engagement !
Now .. The K1 visa, if you are living in California will go through the California Service Center - at present they are moving quite fast but it does vary from time to time. Average time once they have your petition, up until approval is around 5mths. After that, depending on the country your fiancee is from, the timing varies - but you should allow at least 8/9 mths in total from start to finish. For Australia, things seem to move pretty quickly so it could be sooner.
Most people on VJ would recommend you have a go at proceeding with this on your own - if you follow the guides here, it is pretty straight forward and people are helpful if you have any queries. If you have any complicated issues, then you may want to hire a lawyer. I'm sure others will add to my comments, but I hope this helps.
Incidentally, as far as I know, the K3 no longer exists.

The OP mentioned that they have a 6 month old baby .... are you aware that her hormones are still out of balance. It takes about a year before all that is back in check, so please stop complaining about her actions, and just try to be more patient and understanding of what she is going through.
